I've always hated buying cars. Mostly because no matter how happy I am with my car, the buying process consistently left me feeling dirty and afraid of what I have actually signed without really knowing. I never worry about anything being hidden. They tell me up front of any potential issues, of all costs and all fees. My dream car for the last three years has been a white 528i BMW. I consistently went on Auto Trader and stopped by a few dealers in Scottsdale. One day, I typed in my specifications and came across Beemer Haus. I checked out the site and found my dream car, but in Black. I decided that I would swing by the dealership after work to check out their cars. I met with [redacted] and she was a sweetheart. We test drove a few of the cars, but I let her know that I was really looking for white. She told me that they get them in rarely, but would keep me in mind if she got one. Not less than a month later, she contacted me to let me know that one had just come in. I stopped by, drove it and fell in love. She got me approved with a small amount down. But, I told her that I wasn't sure if I was ready. She didn't put any pressure on me and told me that I shouldn't make the decision if I wasn't ready. None of that pushy sales kind of stuff I had been accustom to. That put me at ease. A couple of days later, I decided to move forward and when I called to see if the car was there, they informed me that it was. The best thing is that they got me approved with no money down the second time! I've referred quite a few people there and I will be returning once I'm in the market for another BMW!

Today we bought our 50th car (2013 BMW Z4) and it was the easiest, smoothest ride to complete. No pressure, no small talk, no pushy talk to deal with. We highly recommend Beemer Haus.

A pleasant experience. No pressure, just a professional (Nick) that took time to pick out the cars that would fit my needs. I test drove two cars and selected the car I liked best. We went into the office, Nick drew up the papers, and I bought the car. He was friendly and I felt as if I were dealing with a neighbor instead of a high pressure used car salesman. I went in yesterday and wanted to purchase a 135i. After explaining my situation and what I was looking for they actually recommended a lower priced car because it fit my needs better. This was the first dealership that didn't mind telling me the 135 was too much car for me and fitting me in a more convenient bmw. Unfortunately I did not end up with a car as I will be selling mine first then going in and buying one. They were extremely professional that I could not buy today but definitely earned my business when I am ready in the next month! Great job guys!
