This organization automatically charged my business account $without my permissionI have already contacted my bank an am seeking a full refund plus I would like to have them hit with and unsolvable negative report since they attempted fraud on a businessIf the credit is not issue immediately I will fill out a police report reflecting same

I was able to locate three accounts that [redacted] created with BeenVerified The account registered with the email he provided, [redacted] was a one-report trial account for $cents, which did not have a subscription and has not been billed for a subscription He created two earlier accounts One was created on with , with a seven day trial and a $quarterly subscription was selected This account was never canceled so after the end of the trial, the account was billed for the $quarterly subscriptionThis account is now canceled, and I was able to refund charges of $back to the customer, dating back to and including the charge for July We cannot refund transactions dating from over a year ago I also located another account for [redacted] created 3/24/2013, with a different gmail email address This account was created with another trial sign up and was not canceled, so it went into the $quarterly subscription This account has now been canceled and the three $subscription charges received, have been refunded We were able to refund a total of $back to the customer Other transactions date from over a year ago, and therefore we are unable to refund those earlier transactionsThe accounts are canceled and closed and will not be billed again We sincerely apologize for any trouble he had with the subscriptions or the service Kind regards, BeenVerified Customer Care

A charge from beenverified.com showed up on my bank account recently Immediately called the number shown on my statement and spoke with a CSR Informed CSR that I had no idea what this charge was or what beenverified.com was about He said that the subscription was purchased on and has been used over times, and multiple times that day We went over the account info and I verified the card number used and was asked to verify my email The email he had on file was not mine I never subscribed to this service and have never used The CSR was let know that my bank account is diligently checked daily to assure that no fraudulent charges like this are ever made and if there are, it is immediately caughtThe CSR stated that I had been charged for this subscription every month since last November and I assured him this was the first time I had seen this charge He asked if I had checked my prior statements, and I again stated that I checked my bank account daily just because of the threat of fraudulent charges He also again stated that the subscription had been used over times and multiple times that day I reiterated that was impossible by meThe CSR asked what I would like done and was told that I wanted the account closed and my money refunded He refunded the money and cancelled the account, giving me a reference number and stated he was sending a cancellation email Which does no good since the email on file was not mineThe refund has been received and I have the CSR's name & reference number if neededIt was necessary for me to report my card to my bank and a new one was issuedJust wanted everyone to know that while my money was refunded, the CSR was very argumentative and did not want to accept that I had not made the purchaseWhen someone calls because their information has been fraudulently used, it would be highly recommended to be more helpful and respectful

This company charges you to look up information you can get by doing a [redacted] search I couldn't even get a date of birth for someone I was looking for! I have sent an e-mail asking for their "no-hassle cancellation service." We will see how that goes Definitely a rip off

I'm very sorry to hear the customer had any trouble with the account The account was created on March ***, with a monthly $subscription The subscription is auto-renewing and customers can always view their next billing date in their account information The account was automatically billed on April ***, The account was canceled later the same day it was billed for the renewal This is why *** [redacted] canceled but then saw a charge for renewal We do state in our Member Agreement that we have a no refund policy, which must be accepted upon sign-up I understand that the customer did not wish to continue using the service during the month of April, so the $renewal charge has now been refunded This credit should be reflected on the customer's statement within a few business days The customer also received separate email confirmation of the refund The account is canceled and he will not be billed again I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the customer experienced Kind regards, BeenVerified Customer Care
