The owner came out to our house and gave us a quote of $to install a humidifier (this price does not include the humidifier, just the installationWe already had the humidifier)We had other quotes, but they were all about the same and my brother urged me to go with Beeson since they had a strong working relationship and he trusted them(My brother works for *** and contracted with Beeson frequently.) They came out, did the work, and months later I received a bill for over $I sent Beeson a payment for the $and explained that I would have never let them install it with a $quote and would have obviously gone with a different companyThey said that their staff spent too many hours to stick with the original quoteIf I had known that was a possibility, I would have documented the two hour lunch breaks, multiple trips for supplies, and frequent smoke breaks in my drivewayThey spent less than half of the hours reported on the bill actually in my homeI do no
Needed electrical repair for outside lights/electrical boxesOne person came out, and after $believes he has a solution but cud'nt do it that dayTwo came out today (9/6) and after two + hours still no solution other than tearing out drywall in home bedroom to re-wire???? When asked if they cud just start from scratch and put new outlets in, then stated " we don't know what to do" When asked if they were licensed electricians, both stated NO..One stated he was only a grunt; that his boss is licensedWe've spent $+ over the years with them for our furnace and are very pleased with their serviceHowever, their electrical business leaves much desired.We sent the two home w/o payments and called the office insisting our $be returned
Beeson's are honest knowledgeable people.They have updated HVAC in my house and recently finished my son's house with more to do in the springTheir installation and response is fast, and very pleasant to work withI would recommend Beeson's to anyone!!
The two men that came to our house were extremely professional and knowledgeableThey did excellent work and even showed me some minor things I can do to make sure everything keeps running in top formWill definitely do business with again and highly recommend to anybody in the area!

Failure to follow up, lack of communication, refusal to honor work done previously Mr Beeson, the owner, came to evaluate the mini split system on my garage and check for leaks Several fittings were replaced and refrigerant was replaced The system worked for January and February providing heat Now in November the system is not heating just like last November, the first time the Company came to evaluate The office girl, Ashley, and Linda the vice Pres keep promising that they will arrange for Kent to come again but nothing is happening Every other job is more important This company is not reliable and does not keep their word And their work,unship is defective as the closed system is still not functional after they have been here twice to repair
