First service company I have used that showed me the problems and explained to me what needed to be doneWe have used both Kevin and Joe on our annual cleanings and absolutely no issues out of eitherThey know their stuffI would recommend the Maintenance Agreement to anyone It keeps our system operating even on the most severe weather days, hot or cold
I have used Beeson quite a few times Asked for advice on my 1st Furnace Call in about I Talked to the owner Kent thenI really liked Him & thought he treated me greatNot like someI Used them to repair Air Conditioner Condenser in the spring I called them a couple times in & for a referral on a Plumber LocallyThis Month this spring I called them to repair my Air Conditioning I'm Elder now especially so I like to use Locally for Many reasons & safety They have always treated me fairlyIf I need repairs I always think of them 1stThe job I just had done the agent I talked to & the guy that came to the house were great He got my AC fixed & I didn't have to waste money on a service call for some thing that they did not fix I trust them

I have been under the impression the entire time that he spoke with you and you two agreed that the charges were excessive. That aside, when your office called, there was never an attempt to discuss the bill. They told me the total amount was due and if I didn't pay it they were going to send it to your attorney.
