What a rip off! Suit came the sizing was off, they told me to send it back for a full refund, I did that at my expense and rego mail. They received the suit but won't refund my money!! I've emailed them numerous of times and they won't respond. They took my $300 AU money plus got the suit... Good way to make money and rip off customs.
BEWARE, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered free samples of skin products last Jan, for which I was only suppose to pay shipping charges. There was no communication about renewal either by phone or by email. I have to travel for work and on return I saw two shipments form Bella dior, I contacted them and they said they will refund once they receive the product. After canceling also I kept receiving shipments from them. From Jan to March I was charged $463 for the 5 shipments. I spoke to them again and told them I have not even opened the packaging and they said I can send the product back and i'll be issues refund. I never received any refund. I contacted them again after few weeks and I was told that there is different company who is handling customer service now, I called them numerous times and spoke to manager as well. he suggested me to call my back to dispute these charges. when my bank called them they told my bank that they are working with the customer to resolve the issue. But I had no luck , every time I called, they told me that the manager is not available. I know its been a year, but still thought to put my review here.

Bella Dior received the returned product back in March 2017, they have not sent my refund. Several inquiries both via phone, email and thru Visa.
Free trials for Bella Dior/Luxe Dior. The order date was 02/06/2017 for both. Two weeks later my bank account was debited two separate debits $89.13 from BellaDiorLLC and the other $95.13 from Elite White. I was going to cancel within 30 days but the new product was sent, debited my account and received within 2 weeks. I didn't open the box , I sent it back to the sender. I called 3 weeks later to see if they received the product and Damon 813-872-0124 confirmed. He said that it will take 3 weeks for the funds to be refunded back to me. RMI#XXXXX It is now November 2017 and I still have not received my money. There have been several conversations as they kept telling me it will take 3-5 weeks, so I would call every 3 weeks. I would be transferred to the financial departed only to be disconnected, every time! Then they told me to go thru my bank since I used my VISA check card. State Employee Credit Union investigated and sent me a letter on June 27,2017 REF#XXXXXXXXXXX-XXX stating VISA only allows 120 days from the date of purchase for them to reverse the charge and said sorry they were not able to assist me. So, instead of calling the company again just to be pawned off, I sent an email to the customer service. [email protected] Luna Amore and I have exchanged many emails from Aug 1 to Sept 27. She wrote that the financial dept is going to send a check with a tracking #. Today is November 6, 2017 and I have not received my refund. I just don't have anywhere else to go but to ask for the Revdex.com assistance in getting my refund back to me. Thank you.

Desired Outcome

All I am asking for is my money since they have had to product since March 13th, 2017. There were two separate charges $89.13 and $95.13. I deserve interest on top of that, but that would be impossible since they will not refund me what is mine.

Hello,I have spoken with the finance team and they stated they are willing to go above and beyond for this customer. Normally late returns do not qualify for refunds. The finance team is issuing a courtesy refund for $95.13 to this customer. A new check will be issued to the address on file.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I had received the free trial products and then a new shipment of product came in the mail 2 weeks later.This is when my account was debited $95.13 & $89.13. A few days later I received the product. I then DID NOT open the box and sent it back to the Bella Dior a week later. They received the box on March 13th. Still within 30 days. I am requesting both $95.13 & $89.13 as a refund as I followed the return policy. They have on record my several phone calls to them inquiring when to expect my refund. Plus I also attached the emails from customer service stating the financial debt is sending my refund. Never in ALL of my conversation has their excuse been that I returned the product too late. I have evidence from my bank statements as of the date of the debits which is within 30 days of them receiving the unopened box on March 13th. THe 30 days includes them shipping the product to me, and then myself returning the product ALL within 30 days. I am really disappointed that Bella Dior continues to show poor customer service as this has been ongoing for 9 MONTHS. I have threaten to contact Dr. Oz as his name was backing Bella Dior. If I do not receive my full refund, I will definitely email him. I do hope you understand. Thank you...

Have asked since May, 2017 for a refund of $95.13 for Anti-Wrinkle Cream returned unopened in May, 2017 with no success.
May 15, 2017 I returned unopened Belladior Anti-Wrinkle Cream & expected a refund of $95.13 - I didn't. I called XXX-XXX-XXXX on my Visa statement on 7/10/16 and asked for refund. Michael from India who I spoke to said I should receive within a month - I didn't. On 7/20/17, I called & spoke to Robert who said he saw the return of the product & that I would receive a credit that evening - I didn't. On 8/11/17, I spoke with James, who said my account was closed but I should receive a refund check for $95.13 within 2 wks - I didn't. On 8/25/17 spoke with Smith who assured me that I would receive a refund check 1-7 days - I didn't. 9/25/17, I spoke with Chris & he gave me an email address that was bogus. I then saw a Customer Service email address to "***@belladiorskin.com" which I wrote to on 9/25/17 and explained every call & also requested a refund from them for $95.13. Never heard a word from them. Today is 10/9/17, have not received a refund as of this date.

Desired Outcome

Please refund the $95.13 that was billed to me on May 7, 2017 on my Visa Charge card ending in *** for the Bella Dior Wrinkle Cream that I returned UNOPENED to them on May 15, 2017.

Good Afternoon Consumer and the Revdex.com,I have looked into this customers account, it looks like we have refunded this customer. If they had cancelled their card and blocked transactions, the refund may have not shown up. I will be mailing a check to this customers address today. This will resolve the matter.

Thank you so much for your help. I received the refund of $95.13 on or about 10/16/17. The deposited the refund and as of this date of 10/23/17, the check has cleared. I tried since May to get a refund and within a few days after I submitted my complaint to your Revdex.com, I received the refund. Amazing!! Thank youRuth R.

I received the product and tried it and decided not for me.I cancelled in the correct time frame.They charged me anyway and it's been a year.
I tried the product decided not for me.I called and cancelled in correct time frame.I also sent the unused product back to them.They charged my bank account $89.13 on 10/01/2016 and $95.13 on 09/19/2016.I have called so many times I've lost count.They say it's in the mail,they'll mail it right out or they'll have that department call me.I never receive a call.They transferred me once to another department and I got a voice mail.I left a message but never got a call back.I just want a refund.I cancelled my order so I don't have the product they charged me for.I'm filing this complaint because it's been a year trying to resolve this.

Hello Consumer and Revdex.com,This customer ordered over a year ago. They ordered our product to try for 14 days on 9/2. The had 30 days to return the product if they did not like it. This customer did not return the product within the alotted time frame at all. This customer is not due a refund at all due to not returning the product in a timely manner. Thank you.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I did cancel within 2 weeks and sent the unused product back to them.I called and they told me they had received the product.I specifically asked if everything was ok now.They told me I would receive my refund within the week.They billed me for both products and never sent products.This tells me it was cancelled since I got no products but they billed me anyway.When I called 05/25/2017 they said new company had taken over so this would be resolved but of course it hasn't.Whenever I call no one wants to leave their name.I find that strange since other businesses operators always give a first name when you call.

From Facebook received an ad for Joanna G. face cream. Since I wanted to help her business I was taken in. I ordered a sample of the cream for $4.99. Before it arrived I had $95.13 taken out of my debit card. Refused the package when it arrived and called for a refund. I have called since May at least once a week to once a month to get my credit. As of October I have not received a credit with each person Imspoke with promising it would come. As it turns out the company pulled a bait and switch on me. This company is BellaDior. Do not fall for their ads. The famous persons name they use are not authorized.

I am not sure what this customer is talking about. We do not use Joanna G. at all. We are not associate with Joanna G. face cream. I think this customer is a bit mistaken on what company this is. We offer our own cream with is created by Dr. Paula S.

We also do not offer samples. I don't think this customer read the terms and conditions either. We offer a product to try for the 14 day period. After the 14 day period ends you do get billed for the product and put on the program. This is in the terms and conditions check out check box section. You clearly have to read and agree before purchase.

According to my records here, this customer has already been refunded in our system. If they cancelled their card or put a block payment, they refund may not have processed.

I have reached out to them many times. just did again on the link. I did not get my refund.
I have dates and people I spoke with. All promising my refund. The product was sent back unopened marked canceled. Tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Arrived in Orlando on 5/20/17 at 11:42. Order number XXXXXX. Not sure what else to do.
