Sent for a free trial of Bella Skin Cream and Bella Eye Cream. Sent them $4.95 for shipping charges. Gave them credit card now charges apply of $150.
Didn't authorize this amount and now I can't get in touch with anyone to help me.
The numbers they gave me don't work, and I can't talk with a person, and when I do finally talk with a person, they say they can't help me and to go on line. Went on line, and can't find anything that will take these charges off my credit card. They refuse to help me.

Desired Outcome

I want my credit card charges removed from this company, I did not authorize this!

Fraudulent and deceitful business practices preying on consumers
I opted in for the "free samples" as long as the minimal shipping charges were paid; which I did. Then on 4/20 Chase Bank contacted me for a charge of $94.10 under the name of some diet cleanse. I confirmed I made NO such purchase from either that company nor in that amount. Chase reversed the charge and issued me a new credit card. Now on 5/18 the amount was charged again on another name? I called the number on the charge and the company has not called me back nor do I suspect they will. Perhaps you can get their attention?

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund and no further charges not contact from this companuy

Thank you and please keep this complaint on file so that the public is aware of this unscrupulous business and associated practices.

The fraud department at my bank has applied the credit to me and has marked the transaction as fraud. Buyers BEWARE

Customers BEWARE of Bella Restor. I am amongst the many customers who have been scammed by these crooks. The company starts their process by enticing consumers with their deceptive TV advertisement offering a free gift. The product is shipped with a packing slip without a company address, refund policy, return address or "Disclaimer". The company claims that the small print in their website gives you 30 days to cancel the subscription/account. If you fail to read it, they automatically start charging your credit card without your authorization. Now you are considered a "Lifetime" customer unless you call to cancel your subscription. The free gift was shipped on 10/30/17. Now that they had my credit card information they kept billing my credit card every 13th of the month the amount of $94.88 and $89.94. To date my total charges are $554.40 for (4) orders. I have received (3). On January 14, 2018, I found out I was a victim of consumer fraud. They mastered their scam technique. What they do is ship the product from different states confusing everybody including the bank. I have requested several times a physical address or a return label to return their merchandise. The customers service agents are nasty and refused to either email me a return label or provide a shipping address to return the merchandise. Absolute crooks, scammers. The bank is working with me and has given me a conditional credit while my charges are in dispute. They are not very optimistic about the outcome. They claim that they do this on purpose to obligate customers to keep the merchandise. I am trying to contact the State of Florida Department of Consumers Affairs that deals with consumer fraud. Somebody has to STOP this fraudulent company or they will continue doing it. They know that legally you can't go after them including the bank. Their excuse is that you accepted their terms. Good luck to All of You who are in my position.

I bought moisturizer free trial offer. They keep sending it and have billed me over $180. They refused refund. I sent products back.
I ordered free trial offer December 3, 2017. I began receiving more of the serum and moisturizer with no billing. I was sent separate packages of the 2 things in Jan 27 and one a week later. Feb. 21st I received another package. The rep I spoke with on phone said my total bill is $184.82. I told her this was all a scam and that I was notifying the Revdex.com. She said she would refund me 40%, I got angry and said I wanted a total refund, she offered me 60% and I called this a scam again and she angrily offered me $94.98 and I said I want it all and I would call Revdex.com. She wants me to return the products which I am doing .

Desired Outcome

I want a total refund, especially after going back and rereading their ad. I also want to add my complaint to the Revdex.com. I would like truth and clarity in advertising, of which they have none.

BellaRestor falsely advises, They lure you to buy a sample for 4.99 shipping only, but keep sending products that you have not ordered at full cost of89.dollars and charging yur credit card without authorization. Very dissapointing

I signed up for a free trial of skin care products. I received them. Then the next months I received them again and again. I was charged for them.
In September, 2017, I signed up on the computer for 2 free samples of skin care products. I read the terms carefully and it seemed legit. I paid $4.97 per product for shipping. I put the charge on my MasterCard. I received my product. in October I received the products again. The invoice had no company name or amount. I thought they had made a mistake and sent me the free samples again. I received the products in November, December and January. My husband uses my account to pay the bills electronically so I did not know I was being charged each month starting in October. $184.82 per month! We went on line and complained that I had not ordered any product beyond the free sample. I told them to stop sending me product and take me off their mailing list. I canceled any subscription they thought I had agreed to.
In January, I received another box which I did not open. I wrote on the box "Return to Sender, I did not order this. Take me off of your mailing list"
I contacted MasterCard and put this in dispute. Since this was an unauthorized use of my card, I had to cut up my MasterCard and am awaiting a new one.
Matercard gave me the company's phone number. I called today (2/9/18). After much arguing, they agreed to stop charges for January and February (!) and the supervisor will call within 72 hours.
I want a refund of what I paid in October, November, and December, a total of $631.67. The representative told me on the website, it states that if I don't want more product sent, I was to tell them within 15 days. Nowhere in the ad was this stated. I was responding to an ad, not on their website. This is fraud.

All of the complaint types apply to this company and it's tactics to lure and scam buyers.
RAH Skin Cream scam see order form from internet and product picture received. Two different products.
While looking for Joanna Gaines's new beauty products on the internet. WWW. I was reading an article about her and it stated in the article to click her for a free sample. I do not have the website address as I could not find it after I left the page to order from the link provided in the article.
I clicked on link and order from RAH some skin cream thinking this was Joanna's new product she was leaving Fixer Upper for. I ordered the free sample for a shipping only charge. I did not see any other dialog stating future purchases were required. I was changed for the shipping on 07/31/2017 which showed up on my Aug statement.
I still had not received the product. In August the 14th I was charged for $89.94 and called *** to tell them I was wrongly charge and did not have any orders for that. They reversed the charge.
In September on the 14th again I was charged another $94.88 and again I had no product but a charge I did not order. *** was called, and they were asked to block the charges and they did credit the account.
*** spoke to RAH skin cream company and charged back to the card $89.94 and 94.88. I had returned the products marked 'Return to sender'.
The product received both times was not RAH Skin Cream but indeed Bella Restore.
FACT: I would not have even order a Free Sample of any BELLA product. The RIO in Las Vegas has a shop there were the BELLA Restore and Eye Serum is sold. I was never interested and still not now.
I would have never knowingly order a free sample knowing I would have continued to order more and more especially at that price. Considering I am unemployed.
Both times this product arrived the box had not paper material in it. Return labels address, refund request, call for service contact numbers NOTHING.
I was even charged before the product arrived.
And on 10/13/2017 I was charged back $94.88
Charge 07/31/2017 $4.94 shipping for free sample
Charge 08/14/2017 $89.94 Free Sample charge
Credit 08/13/2017 $89.94 called dispute

Then another shipment came, and I open the package. It was the same size and same product from the sample. NO information inside. The only thing I could think of was to write "Return to sender on it" again. I handed it to the postal worker on both occasions.
Charge 09/14/2017 $94.88 (2nd shipment (not ordered))
Credit 09/13/2017 $94.88 called dispute
Reversed Credit charged $94.88

I am at a loss monetary and products because of this scam. Products 'Return to sender? $94.88
Product_Or_Service: Bella Restore Skin Cream
Order_Number:

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like to be refunded for the total amount of $94.88. Samples were not samples they were full products and charged full price. Hidden terms and no invoices or other details shipped with samples. In the dark here and did not know what to do. My bank Citi will not help and the company stated "To bad" Products mail were "returned to sender". Written letter from postal worker was provided to me from her/him. Thank you

We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. On the contrary, we are unable to issue Ms. any refunds because her account shows she disputed the charges. Once charges are disputed, we are not able to issue refunds in avoidance of double reimbursement that result in fraudulent activities. We hope Ms. is satisfied with our business and we again want to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
Sincerely,
Customer Support

It is the company that will not refund the product cost even after sending it back. I have called both the credit company and Bella Restor. Which is not what wss advertised on the website.
Bella Restor company needs to contact my credit card company and tell them to refund the cost. I am not the first person this company is scamming.
Thank you

This should reflect on her bank account within three to ten business days. We hope Ms. is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

A total of 11 unauthorized items totaling $1099 was charged to my account ending in ***.
A total of 11 unsolicited/unauthorized charges were applied to my account ending in ***. This all happened over a 4 month period in 2017.

Desired Outcome

I wrote 2 emails requesting to have the charges removed and the funds restored to my account.

After reviewing Ms. complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion. The package you received is a full thirty day supply, we do not offer sample sizes. We sent you a full size bottle and allow you to try it for the 14 day trial period to see if you like it, for just the cost of shipping and handling. If you like the product after your trial, you are billed for the actual cost of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription. The reason we send you a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Our records indicate Ms. was refunded for the amount of $644.40 previously. Because customer satisfaction is important to us, we have processed refunds for the remainder of the charges. This is for the amount of $84.97 . These refunds will reflect on to Ms. account within the next 3-5 business days. Also, Ms. account with us is inactive; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
Sincerely,
Customer Support

I am an attractive middle age black woman with firm skin and of such do not need that product.
I received 3 packages that were unsolicited which I returned to Bella; unfortunately my account ending *** was billed for over $1100.00. I have written to them several times and called also but got no response whatsoever.

To whom it may concern,
After reviewing Ms. response we want to apologize if our action taken did not resolve this matter for her. At this time, we have refunded all of the funds charged to Ms. account totaling $729.37 . This includes the full retail price of our Skin Cream and Eye Serum for the monthly shipments sent from September to December. As Customer Satisfaction is important to us we have refunded her the remaining charges of $4.97 and $4.94 that Ms. originally paid for shipping in September. Unfortunately this totals all of the charges accrued by Ms.; for any additional charges Ms. is noticing, we would recommend contacting her financial institution to receive the correct company information for any remaining charges not from us. Confirmation emails regarding the refunds have been sent to the email address Ms. provided upon filing her complaint. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we want to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused her.
Sincerely,
Customer Support

A total of $1099.28 was taken from my account but only $729.37 was returned I am still short $369.64. I should not have to chase the bank for a refund when they were the persons who initiated those payments. I would like to have the rest of my money refunded. This whole process has become a nightmare.

***.

I did not order the product and was automatically sent extra product and was charged. I did not know the cost of the product.
The product was automatically send to me everyone month. I did not even used up the 1st trial bottle they send. I certainly did not order extra ones. I was told I cannot send back the ones I don't want. This is a ripoff.

Desired Outcome

Be a more clear of your bussiness practice.

They're a complete scam outfit! They agreed to "a membership for $ $89.94 + S&H", but charged ~DOUBLE = $94.88 + $89.94 PER MONTH - with OUT my permission NOR Agreement = FRAUD! In addition I've proof I'd CANCELLED it the same day by phone (records support) I did the trial on line, back in August '17. I already HAD sent back one box via a REFUSED order - which they first LIED & said they did NOT get, but TODAY a Supervisor in C/S (they do C/S for hundreds of companies & refused to transfer me to Management or anyone at the 'real' company) ADMITTED they DID receive it via TRACKING from the USPS - which therein I slipped into the unopened = REFUSED Box my CANCELLATION in WRITING! So they DID refund another month... plus I've got an unwanted Shipment since then, which was UNORDERED - which I had to obtain a # to return it to! It's extremely frustrating, especially since their product gave me a skin irritation they BLAMED ME FOR - said I had to GO TO THE DOCTOR BEFORE TRYING IT! What a crock of you know what, indeed! Their Boxes only include what passes for an 'invoice' with NO Company Name & No Contact info either! SCAM ARTIST ALERT!!!!

All information is not given customers ordering free samples. You must cancel within 14 days then you have to pay for a full order and auto reorder mo
I ordered these free products for my wife *** at only a shipping cost and they neglected to tell me you had to cancel before 14 days or you will be billed for a full order and auto monthly re_reorder. This will be verified if they really record their phone conversations as they state when you call. After a lengthy phone call with a person I could hardly understand I was offered 50% discount on the second shipment (Not Ordered by me) I also asked a few times to speak with a American , not given ! And when I asked to cancel I was told not to send second order back . This to me is false advertising at its worst .

Desired Outcome

To be made whole once again for their LIES and refusal to talk to a plainer speaking American or person . Also for their not giving me all the information needed to make a sound decision ! Deceptive Theft !

To Whom This May Concern,

After reviewing Mr. ***'s complaint, customer support has reviewed his account with us. Mr. ordered a full thirty day supply of Bella Restor skin cream and eye serum on October 28, 2017. We do not offer sample sizes. We sent him a full size bottle to try it for the 14 day trial period to see if he liked it, for just the cost of shipping and handling.

Mr. contacted our customer service on December 16, 2017 and was provided with a 50% refund. We apologize you were not provided with a customer service representative you requested. This matter will be addressed.

We take pride in ensuring our customer's satisfaction and as a testament to this we have refunded Mr. the remaining charges on his account. A total of $267.32. This credit should be applied to Mr. bank account in 5-7 business days. We hope he is satisfied with the credit and want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you,
Customer Support

I do accept their refund but the reason they gave is for their protection only . The customer rep only says what the Company allows .My complaint with the rep is that I could not understand her English , My complaint with the Company is that they were no up front with their Offer about their 14 day trial and auto reorder . I thank the Revdex.com for their help in this matter and I will consider it closed . Thank you

TV advertising is not consistent with their business practices
On October 14, 2017, I (***, *** ordered for my wife ***, both the Bella Restor Skin Cream & Bella Restor Eye Serum. This was done off of TV advertising endoresment by Laura Ingraham on the Fox News Channel.
Terms & conditions stated on the TV advertising stated, as we understood it, order this product, pay shipping and receive a free bottle/tube of these products.
On 11-14-2017, we received a invoice billing us for $89.93 for the product we thought we were receiving for free.
When I called them on 11-16-2017, I was told that what they offered was a fourteen day free trail. From our recollection that information is not stated in their TV advertising and is only made known when you receive the shipment, provided you read all of their fine print.
When I challenged them, they offered to give us a credit for 75% of the invoice, which amounted to $67.45, which was credited back to our credit card.
I also understood, that there was a second bottle coming to us for the payment of $22.43.
When I followed up on 12-14-2017 and talked with Cheline ID # 037 she was very courteous, very hard line, telling me the order had been cancelled, that it was only for a fourteen day trail. etc. The normal denial of accommodating the customer.
I then asked to speak to a supervisor, my request was denied. I was told there were no supervisors available. So then, I asked for the name of the president of Bella Restor, which was denied, I then asked for the address of the corporate office, which was given very reluctantly.
I have no complaint about what Cheline did, she was merely doing her job carrying out their instructions.

Desired Outcome

Please send the second jar or refund our $22.43

After reviewing Ms. complaint, we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. We do not offer sample sizes and for this reason you are shipped a full 30 day supply. We allow you to try the product for just the cost of shipping and handling for 14 days. Once your trial period expires you are billed the retail price of the product. Our records indicate Ms. accepted a 75% refund to keep the product she already had, instead of returning for a full refund. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and so we have processed the refund for $22.43. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process on to her bank account. In addition, her account with us was previously cancelled; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

I feel they're working with me! I don't think people read the disclaimer's LIKE ME. Then they chrg exorbent chgs. READ EVERYTHING!!!

I thought I was purchasing a sample of the creme for $4.95. My credit card was charges $80.60. I refuted this fraudulent charge with my credit card provider and they removed the charge. Yesterday I was reviewing my new credit card statement and they charged me $92.00 and I received another package in the US Mail. Now I have to take my lunchtime and waste my time returning the package and refuting the charge with my credit card company!
This company is not honest ....I think they are scam artists....do not get involved with this SCAM.

Ordered November 15 Bella Restor Ageless Eye Revitalizer and Bella Restor Revitalizing Moisturizer as they advertise as samples for only the shipping amount of $9.91 for both. I called their phone to cancel the samples on November 18 and got a cancellation number (Agency #195 Crystal. She told me that merchandise was already sent and I received it on November 19. On November 29, 2017, I noticed a charge in my bank account for $89.94. I called again and spoke with Agent #136 Tania. That is when she explained that the amount was already charged for my future shipment. I told her that I cancelled it 2 weeks before. The transaction was being processed by my bank and I could not do anything until it was finished so I can get a refund. Today, December 4, I called again and spoke with Agent #233 Mario. He said that I only cancelled only one of the products and he could not refund me the total amount because I already received the merchandise. Told him that that was a sample as they advertise and he said that it is not a sample but the actual size. I told him that that was not what Tania has said, she said I will received a refund for the $89.94. I said I never agreed to any automatic anything. He offered discounts for future products if I keep the account open and I told him no. They are only giving me a refund for $44.97. No place in their advertising says anything of what their agents do. This is a huge scam. I hope they go out of business soon. I should have research before doing anything. They hide behind facebook owner and wife. Really bad, bad practice. ZERO stars.

Same I received extra product, did not know about automatic shipment. (fine print) was not difficult to cancel, but still upsetting for sure.

Ordered a free trail of eye cream and moisturizer at the cost of shipping $4.95 for the moisturizer and $5.99 for the eye. They charge $89.
Ordered a free trail of BellaRestor Revitalizing Moisturizer Pallett and a free trail of BEllaRestor Ageless Eye Revitalizer Pallett on 11/5/2017. I was only to pay shipping cost of $4.95 for the moisturizer and $5.99 for the ageless eye. I have reviewed the website and looked at other websites to see it if you had to cancel your free trail in 14 days. I can not find that anywhere unless I just don't see it. *** order #XXXXXXXX. My credit card was charge $88.94.

Desired Outcome

I did call the company number and spoke with a lady that did not speak english very will but she was nice. I told here that I did not agree to the $89. charge to my credit card. She went on to explain that in the fine print or terms that You had to cancel you free trail and with in 14 days. Once again never saw that. Anyway, I called a 2nd phone number to this company and spoke with a gentleman named Allen very nice and helpful and he told me that my ordered had been cancelled and all money refund. So I am satisfied with this. No I have not had to to check my credit card bill. Hoping that they did what they said they would do.

Customer Response

They did refund my money.

My complaint is the same as the previous comments. I was never told that I would receive more shipments and my credit card automatically charged. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Now, I'm going to try to stop any more payments being made.

The same thing happened to me as these previous comments on here. They say it's a free bottle...a free trial....the invoice says nothing about paying anything except the postage and handling. Then two weeks later, they charged my debit Mastercard which was my bank account...now I am going to bounce my car payment because they just helped themselves with $89 out of my account. I am reporting this and disputing this with my credit union card used. They are a fraud company...very bad practices. My advice is to either stay away from this company...or if you really want to try the cream, use a gift card visa or mastercard that has nothing else on it after shipping....then they can't take anymore out.

This company is awful! I am another customer who had to pay over $100 for my two "free" samples because I did not read the extremely tiny print at the bottom of the page. This should have been printed in large, bold type. Shame on you!!
