I ordered for my wife and did not know about their
policy to bill me every month without my knowing or permission.
I called today to cancel order they tried to squeeze more money out of me I told them no more orders and to cancel any future shipments, Don't know what's going to happen but very pushey I asked if there was anything else I needed to do to make sure I don't get charged any more money.

No more product unless I order it

I want their ad to say that we will bill you
after your initial order right up front no hidden
clauses after you order, Revdex.com should be looking
into their business practices, and check all the
complaints and false ads they have. I got tricked
and I am sure many others have to based on my search on the internet. I would have ordered more if they were honest with the ad up front, people like this need to be put out of business and fined, I might would have ordered more if the product works. You don't even get a chance to see if it's any good before they start charging your card 14 days is not enough.No address and phone number to contact them after receiving order. Very shady.Had to search web just to get number.Some
people have not been able to even get in contact with them.

I ordered the free product with a charge for shipping. I was billed 84.97 for JHS Eye Serum and 89.94 for Mac BAE Skin Cream.
I called to complain and was told that because I did not cancel my contract within 14 days I was changed for the items. The information pertaining to charging if there was no cancellation was not on the order page or product information page. It was placed on a secondary page that needed to be found by clicking on a details button. The person I spoke to did cancel my contract with them but would not refund the charges. I have not used this product and would ship it back to them if I was given a refund. My cr was *** and the reference number was XXXXXD783E.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund on the product sent to me. I am willing to send back the unopened products to the company.

After Ms. complaint, we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. We do not offer sample sizes and for this reason we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply of product at only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once your trial period expires, you are billed the retail price of the product. Because customer satisfaction is very important to us, we have refunded Ms. for the grand amount of $174.91. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process on to her bank account. In addition, her account with us was cancelled on 10/18; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments and as a company courtesy she is not required to return the items. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

I thank the Revdex.com for intervening on my behalf. My conversations with this company had no results other than telling me that it was my fault in not canceling the order on time and there was nothing they could do for me. Your company most definitely make a difference. Please keep up the great work you do for consumers. My hope would be that Bella Restor makes changes in their web site advertisement that clearly reflect their policy.

I am being charged for something I did not agree to. Only wanted the free trial offer only paying for the S/H. not happy with this product very drying
on September first I received the product and was charged the s/h that I agreed to, and made sure to click the box that said no further products or information for this product would be sent to me. did not like the product, it is very drying to my skin. today 10/24/17 I received another shipment of the same product. called the website and they said they could NOT refund me the FULL amount and offered me a discount. I stated I did NOT want the product and they said I could send it back, my expense, and they can only authorize a discount on the refund not the full amount that is over 170.00 dollars. so I called my bank they said I was also charged the full amount in sept. not just the s/h. so the total is over 350.00. I can not afford this, I am on disability and only get a set amount. I have never ordered something like this on line so I have never experienced this kind of fraud before. 9/1/2017 was the first shipment I received, second was today 10/24/2017. I did not agree to receive any other products beside the first "sample" ones that I got and was not told that I would be charged the full amount on these products "if" I was satisfied with it, on which I am NOT satisfied, it dries my skin out. Told them cancel all further orders they may have me in their computers for and I wanted a full refund.

it is very simple, refund my money and make sure that all the "very small" writing is made known to others who trust to order your products!

I ordered sample products from Bella Restor and got scamed.
Upon seeing article on Facebook I ordered the HG TV Bella Restor samples and agreed to pay shipping. Well I saw I ended up paying a lot of money for shipping. $4.97, $4.94 and $24.95. I thought oh well my mistake I'm done. Well less than two weeks later I had two charges posted onto my credit card. One for $89.94 and the other for $84.97. I never received any type of notice, product nothing just a charge. I disputed this immediately with my CitiVisa account. They issue a credit and now have informed me Bella Restor indicated they shipped me products, not true at all. This company is such a rip off and it just continues. How can I get my money back?

I just want my monies back for the $89.94 and $84.97 for which I did not order or receive anything for.

I have gone through all the in and outs on my credit card for the debits and credits. As of now I am still short $89.94, the $84.97 debits and credits seem to be a wash right now. Please issue the $89.94 credit that I am still due.

I have received emails for both companies stating they have issued a credit to my Visa card. I have seen one so far.

My husband ordered a sample for me, but now they have sent a second one from PO Box XXXXXX, Orlando, FL XXXXX.
How do I contact the company.
I have googled the company and there are lots of sites promoting the product BellaRestor Revitalizing Moisturizer Pallet XXXXXX, but there is not contact information for the company.
How do I get them to stop sending me the product?
I haven't received this month's credit card statement to see if they have charged my account for this shipment.

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop sending the product. I am 80 years old, and at this point don't see any difference when using it. As to your question below, "when did I last contact business regarding this complaint", I haven't contacted them because I don't know how, there is no address.

This compliant has been resolved. I enlisted some other help and the company finally refunded my money and closed the account.; As far as I am concerned this company is not a good company to deal with due to the fact that too many things are hidden in the instructions so one doesn't notice them until later when they start billing you.

I sent for the trial use of the product, was never told that it will automatically come afterwards and I believe my card was charged without my approval.they did not even put the price charged on the invoice nor a phone number ,nor the company address, so that one can not find them. BAD ,BAD BAD. how do I cancel?

I accepted the offer for a free 14- day trial sample of a face moisturizer & eye cream. I paid for the shipping fees as was indicated.
On 9/21/17, Bella Restor advertised a 14-day free trial samples of BellaRestor Moisturizer & BellaRestor Ageless Eye Cream. I paid the shipping fees of $4.97 & $4.94 respectively as indicated on the Ad online. The box in which both products were mailed in showed a handwritten date of 10/2 & obviously the date the post office received the package. I retrieved & opened the package on Friday 10/6. I called the BellaRestor on 10/7 & spoke to Agent 332 as I noticed 2 charges of $89.94 & $84.97 were charged to my checking account. I have not opened nor had the chance to try the products.so I was not happy seeing the charges made to my account yet the Ad indicated free trial samples.
I asked the agent to cancel my subscriptions on both & I will return the products unopened. I did take the package to the post office on 10/7/17 (same day of cancellation). However, I was being told that refund of the total of $174.91 will not take place until 4.to 5 weeks & upon receipt by their Orlando, FL office where I mailed he package to. I had given them the USPS Tracking # yet the agent was not willing to process a refund of my money. I am retired & my income from SS also pays my other bills. I am requesting an immediate full refund of the $174.91 plus shipping charges of $9.91 instead of delayed & by installment process.
The company is owned by Priscilla Chan, wife of.Facebook founder Mark Zukerburg, who is ultimately responsible for the deceptive practices of its employs. The time frame of the advertised trial for free is deceptive & e company does not observe Truth-in-Advertising business principles.

Desired Outcome

I expect an immediate full refund & reversal of the charges made to my bank account in the amount of $174.91 plus a he refund of $9.91 shipping charges.
