NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, especially if you actually want to receive what you order. I placed an order for a wedding belt on May *. The website 'updates' said the order would ship within 24 hours for the next two weeks so I emailed to see what was going on. Of course I got no response so I called and finally got a hold of someone. The woman said she would ship it out the next day. 2 weeks later I still had not received it so I called again. This time, she told me the belt was priced wrong but she would give it to me for the quoted price due to the aggravation I had to deal with. She promised I would have it by the end of the next week. Ultimately I never got the belt, or any form of contact saying I would not, or my refund. I am now going through the trouble of having my credit card company fight the charges. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM
Review: I ordered merchandise from them and they charged me the full amount but only delivered half. I've called and they say they will refund and never do. I've also emailed them like they've asked and they never refunded the money. I'm not the only one who has had issues according to their reviews. They can't continue to steal miney from people if they don't plan non shipping the items.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund like they told me multie times.

Review: I purchased 2 items from Bella Tiara and upon arrival while inspecting the pieces, I noticed a missing piece in the links that connects the heavy necklace together and a noticeable gap in the headpiece. I immediately contacted the company and spoke to someone by the name of [redacted]. She offered the company's policy to send a replacement at no cost to me. She simply advised me to send an email with pictures of the damage(s) andI would receive a replacement. I took the pictures and sent the email immediately. This took place on May *, 2013, since then I've sent about 5 emails and made numerous phone calls but to no avail, no one has returned any of my calls or emails. My last attempt was to simply send an email without my name and I got a response right away but once I gave them my order information, they never responded again. I spent $379 on my order and cannot simply afford to forget about these damage items for my wedding. I simply ask for this company to honor their exchange policy and replace these items or return some of my money for the damages.Desired Settlement: I simply ask for this company to honor their exchange policy and replace these items or return some of my money for the damages.

Review: I ordered a jeweled hair comb from bella tiara on may ** 2013, after emailing them and telephoning them several times, my order was finally shipped three weeks after it was ordered, when I received my package, it was not what I had ordered. I contacted bella tiara several times again through telephone and email and was told I would have to talk to a manager about this. I finally recieved a reply by email stating that I could either return the product or get a discount. I opted to return the incorrect order for a full refund and sent them an email stating this on June [redacted]. They have yet to reply with a return mailing slip or to return me my money. My main issue is that they barely acknowledged that they had made a mistake and now, they are not fixing that mistake.Desired Settlement: I want them pay for the item to be shipped back to them and a full refund.

Review: I ordered a wedding veil from Bell Tiara on September **, 2015. I paid for priority shipping via the United States Post Office, which is 2 to 3 day delivery. I never received a tracking number nor have I received my item. I've communicated with this company twice via email, and they have failed to provide proof of shipping. I believe this company is a scam and is swindling customers out of their money. It's clear that I won't be receiving my item and that I'll have to purchase a veil for my wedding somewhere else. Review: I purchased three hair combs on July **, 2015 for my daughter to try for her wedding hairdo. I was assured that I would be able to return the items I did not want for a refund minus a restocking fee. I never received the first order. So after several emails and phone calls I finally received a replacement order on August [redacted] 2015. I returned one hair comb that cost $49.99 on Sept. **, 2015 by priority mail. I have an email from Bella Tiara dated October *, 2015 confirming that they received the item and that I would receive a refund "tonight". I never received that refund. After many more follow up emails and phone calls, I still have not received that refund.They are almost impossible to reach by phone, but when I called about 2 months ago, I reached someone who purported to be the owner of the company who assured me that I would be receiving the refund immediately. I waited another month to see if I had received a refund on any of my credit cards and I had not. On January **, 2015, I emailed them indicating that if the matter was not resolved, I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I never received a response to that email.Desired Settlement: A refund check (not credit card refund) in the amount of $49.99--I do not think I should be charged a 15% restocking fee after all this time and inconvenience.

Review: I order from www.Bella-Tiara.com a Crystal and Pearl Bridal Ribbon Headband ($87.99) on June **, 2013, paying extra money for rush 3-4 days shipping (Shipping and handling of $28.95). The charge was made in my credit card the next day on June **, 2013 for the total of $116.94. I called to check on my product in July **, 2013 and they told me they will call me back to check on my order which they never did and just ship the merchandise on August [redacted] (the supposedly order number was yhst-[redacted]) but I haven't receive it until this date August **, 2013. I call them several times leaving my info and didn't get any response. I send them an e-mail about my complaint and asking for a refund and I am still haven't heard from them.Desired Settlement: To refund me my money back to my credit card.

I definitely agree to receive full credit back ($116.94) because I clearly stated in the complaint that I DID NOT receive the merchandise at all.
Bella-Tiara is asking me to return the merchandise back but how I could if I never got it??? It must got lost in the mail like Bella-Tiara mention.

Review: On January **, 2016, I ordered their "Suada - Royal Collection" Wedding Veil." The Veil cost $147.99.
Tax Paid was $13.93. Shipping cost paid: $8.93 Although this company is based only a few miles from
my home address, I did not receive the Veil until 13 days later! (Received on Jan. **, 2016).
It was purchased as a gift for my future daughter in law. When we removed it from the box, we immediately
noticed that it looked nothing like the one pictured. (Wrong item received).
Due to the impending holiday, (New Years weekend), I could not contact Bella Tiarra until Feb. *, 2016. I emailed them and requested a refund and return shipping label.
I received a response the same day, and they stated "We don't do returns on veils, exchanged only, we do state that on our return policy page" and then they included a link for a different veil and 'SUGGESTED" that I return the one I ordered and they would exchange for the one THEY SELECTED on the link...no other option given.
I responded by stating that nowhere during the checkout process was their any reference to return/refund policy,
I have emailed them 5 times and have NOT received any additional responses. It is obvious that this company
does not honor or value their customers. They continuously ignore e-mails. Their contact phone number is bogus,
they only have a recording, and suggest customers should E-MAIL them instead! ....... but they ignore all emails if you don't agree to their "suggested exchange item".
I am frustrated and extremely disappointed. I don't want to lose $161.92 including $8.93 S&H.
Also, the veil was NEVER tried on. It was immediately placed back in the box.

Please help me resolve this.

Review: I purchased a Swarovski crystal handbag on 9/**/2015 from Bella-Tiara. The handbag arrived and it resembled a craft project gone wrong. The crystals, I am sure are not Swarovski some are yellow. I contacted the company and I was told company policy states crystal handbags are not returnable. After I told the owner the crystals were inferior and not Swarovski and she was misrepresenting the Swarovski brand she said she would refund my $189.00 The refund would only happen after I returned the product. Fair enough. The shipping label was promised to me and once again it was not received . The label was sent to me after numerous requests and I was unable to down load the label so I sent it myself. I did speak with the owner only once and she promised to refund my money The business owner lies, does not return phone calls or emails and is a thief. Customer satisfaction is the mission statement of Bella-Tiara I cannot believe this company is able to stay afloat with such poor customer serviceDesired Settlement: Refund and determine if Bella Tiara is misrepresenting Swarovski product

Made with Swarovski crystals not made by Swarovski we state this. customer just wasn't happy which I understand therefore I told her would make an exception on the return but with our standard 15% restocking return fee.therefore I have refunded her again today just reconfirmed and this time went threw. see attached refund from paypal for 162.99 if you have any questions please contact us.
Review: I ordered a bridal necklace & earrings for $189.99 on Dec. **, 2015. It has never been received. There is no tracking number available and my email to this business was returned as undeliverable. No one answers the phone and they tell you on a recording to send an email. If you look them up online under "Reviews" for the business, there are numerous complaints.Desired Settlement: Either I would like the merchandise or a refund. This seems to be a total fraud and they state in their policies that they won't make good on "lost" merchandise. I doubt they send it out in the first place!
