Just a big scam! Wouldn't refund money. a complete rip off.

At Bella Labs, every customer is given the option to try their first 30 day supply without charge for the first 14 days from original order. During the 14 days, if the customer is not satisfied with their product, they are to contact customer service via phone or email with a notice of cancellation...

and the product must be postmarked for return within those 14 days. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after 14 days from the date of order, they are automatically billed for the product and then billed and shipped a new 30 day supply every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at any time by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on www.bellalabs.com, the product, the pamphlet that arrives with their order, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on www.bellalabs.com where the customer would have ordered the product. The customer also has to click “I agree to the terms and conditions” twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not click the box to agree with the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website, at the bottom of the first page, and also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their billing information, as well as sent out with the product.The customer placed the order on 7/11/15. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 7/26/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer contacted BellaLabs on 8/17/15 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. The customer contacted us again on 10/26/15 requesting the cancellation date of her account.  We have refunded the amount of $87.63 due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 12/22/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer has never contacted Bellalabs directly to resolve the issue, but when a dispute request was sent in form their financial institution we immediately cancelled the account on 1/07/16.We have refunded the remainder charge of $87.63 due to this complaint. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. However, we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. The consumer contacted BellaLabs on 2/11/16 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. The customer did not understand that the product they were billed for was the 30 day supply they were originally sent. The tracking number the customer service agent provided to the customer was for the order placed on 1/9/16.We will be mailing a refund check to the customer for $87.63, due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $47.32 that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. We stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. On 01/20/2014 Ms. M[redacted] placed an order for our 14 day trial online. On 01/25/2014, Ms. M[redacted] called our company because she was unable to use the product because it was too thick. During that conversation Ms. M[redacted] was instructed to return the bottle, by writing Return To Sender on the package. The representative then told Ms. M[redacted] that he has reshipped a new bottle, and extended her 14 day trial. The representative specifically told Ms. M[redacted] to call no later than 02/10/2014 to cancel her 14 day trial. At no time did they exchange any credit card information. The next conversation Ms. M[redacted] had with a representative was on 02/14/2014. In this conversation, Ms. M[redacted] called to cancel her trial offer. The representative explained that her trial period had expired, and she had already been billed for the remainder of the product. Ms. M[redacted] told the representative that she should not have been billed because her trial was suppose to end on 02/15/2014. The representative placed Ms. M[redacted] on a brief hold, to speak to a supervisor. When the representative came back on the line, he told Ms. M[redacted] that they were going to refund 50% of the charge, and she would be able to keep the remainder of the product. Ms. M[redacted] accept the refund, and began to ask questions about the trial. Ms. M[redacted] went on the express how she thought the trial was suppose to work. The representative explained how our trial works and what she signed up for. At no time in this conversation did anyone exchange credit card information.  We have only charged Ms. M[redacted] $4.95 for shipping on 01/20/2014. and $87.63 on 02/11/2014. At this time she has been issued a full refund of the $87.63 for the 02/11/2014 charge. If Ms. M[redacted] is receiving charges from other companies, she will have to contact her financial institution.

Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 05/05/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The monthly membership for the Bellalabs 30-day product supply recurred every thirty days at the retail price of $87.63. Consequently, the consumer was shipped a bottle on 06/04/14, 07/04/14, 08/03/14, 09/02/14, and 10/02/14, a total of six months of product. The consumer finally contacted our company on 10/13/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent offered a partial refund of $43.82 off of the last charge of $87.63 from 10/02/14 which the consumer accepted on a recorded phone call on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.
Per the consumer's complaint of unused bottles, and as we are fully invested in customer service. We have refunded the remainder of the amount from 10/02/14, and two full credits of $87.63 from 08/03/14 and 09/02/14 due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their orders. This refund is a total of $262.89 for the return of three bottles. The amount the consumer is quoting for three months is not equivalent to the charges we have applied. On further research, she provided these Order ID number's which are not from our company: [redacted], and [redacted]. She does mention the company La Creme Skincare, and while we do advertise with this company, we do not have access to their customer service database to assist with these refunds. Please have the consumer contact La Creme Skincare directly to voice her concerns and complaints. In regards to Bellalabs we state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis attached to every package. Once a monthly membership item is shipped, the consumer is responsible for the product, but has the option to cancel all further shipments. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 4/19/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company on 4/21/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the charge of $87.63 partially in the amount of $21.90, as the product was outside its return policy, on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The consumer then contacted the corporate email and expressed further dissatisfaction. The corporate agent then refunded the remainder of the charge, in the amount of $65.73 in exception to the return policy. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back. At this time, the consumer's account has already been refunded in full for the requested amount.

We are affiliated with La Creme Skin Care by advertising, but do not have access to their accounts, please notify the consumer to contact them directly regarding her charges with them. 
The consumer placed the order on 7/18/14. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 8/2/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The monthly membership for the consumer recurred on 09/01/14, 10/01/14, and 10/31/14 for the full retail price of $87.63. This is a total amount of $350.52 of charges applied from Bellalabs. The consumer contacted our company on 11/13/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the charge of $87.63 from 10/31/14 on that same day, which the consumer accepted in a recorded phone call. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

The consumer placed the order on 01/20/14. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 02/11/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company on 02/14/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the charge of $87.63 on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

This is when they paid the initial $4.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 11/22/14 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The customer was then billed for the 2nd shipment on 12/22/15, the 3rd shipment on 1/21/15, the 4th shipment on 2/20/15, and the 5th shipment on 3/22/15. At no time during the months of November through March did the customer contact us to cancel. The consumer contacted BellaLabs on 4/5/15 with a request for cancellation and stated that they returned two products back to us. We did inform the customer at that time that we would refund those two products once we received them, as there was no authorization prior to that for the customer to return products. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. Unfortunately, it seems the items were not refunded as the customer was informed they would be. We will be contacting the customer to verify an address to mail a check to in the amount of $175.26 for the two products they returned.

Please change my response so Revdex.com knows this is Resolved with BellaLabs.  On 7/22 I marked 'I do not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaint’ There were two mysterious charges for $87.63 which is the reason I did not accept the response from BellaLabs.  After researching further, I discovered that the two mysterious charges are from a ‘sister’ company of BellaLabs called LaCreme.  The two companies work together in their dishonest marketing scheme.  LaCreme did the same thing as BellaLabs with the monthly auto-charges.  The one difference is that when I contacted LaCreme and asked for a refund, they sent me an email stating the refunds were made.  Sounds great except no refunds were ever received into my account.  Smooth that LaCreme uses a slightly different way to cheat customers as compared to BellaLabs.  LaCreme agrees to the refund but just never follows through with actually refunding the money.  Thank you so much for your help with getting my money refunded from BellaLabs!  Revdex.com of SanDiego did some amazing work and I appreciate it very very much.  Most sincerely,[redacted]
