Great customer service and prices

Several years ago I purchased 4X4 marble, travertine tiles for my kitchen backsplash. To upgrade a nearby powder room, I needed 60 square feet of 6X6 tiles to match. The national home improvement chain stopped selling the tiles. The local tile distributor in Maryland and Northern Virginia said four weeks until they would have in stock. James W[redacted] and Stone-Mart had the tiles in stock and delivered to my home the same week!

James worked with us through matching the tiles by emailed photos and walked us through the shipping and ordering process. My experience with James W[redacted] and Stone-Mart was phenomenal!

Karla is by far the only reason I go to STONE MART.
She is beyond helpful and always goes the extra mile every time I need help.

Michael [redacted] was extremely patient and helpful in picking the correct stone for our bathroom project. I visited Stone Mart last week and purchased a large amount of travertine tile at the contractor's price. Two days later I found a much lower price at a competitor, so I called to get a refund since the tile had not left their warehouse. Their response was "no, all sales are final". It appears that this is their policy because their prices are not competitive. Unfortunately, this mistake cost me $1,500.

The salesman (Humberto) was very patient and helpful with me in selecting material for my home. I ended up bying all my stone tile thru them because there prices were great and service was very good also.

My orders are processed in about fifteen minutes and out the door the next day. What is really helpful is when I need a picture as an example and what is actually in stock. Dan could not be more helpful.

Stone-Mart is wonderful! We called from the Dallas area wanting travertine pavers shipped. Their price was cheaper shipped from Florida to Texas than just purchasing it here in Texas. The sales representative, Jay, was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will certainly do business with them again!
