I needed addition travertine tile to complete my hall bath and contacted Jim via online. He called and made arrangements for me to pick up the next morning in Tampa,FL. He had my order and I was back on the road that morning to Panama City, FL. Greatly appreciate the fast turn around.

I had the pleasure of working with James on our flooring project. I had the wrong size tile picked out and was going in the opposite direction of what I needed. JaMrs came in and helped me get on the right path and was extremely responsive, like within minutes of my emails! Byou the time it came to buying the product and getting pricing I had made my mind up that regardless of price, I was doing business with him! The price, like the service was great! I would recommend stone mart to anyone and will definitely use them again!

I've purchased products for outdoor and indoor renovation work. I am very pleased with the quality of the stone products and the service I received from James W[redacted] and other sales representatives at Stone Mart Tampa location. I am a designer working in the east coast of FL and I find Stone Mart's tile and paver products to be the best I have used in quality, color, and in amount of useful product in the order (meaning there is little breakage and the freight delivery company they use to send the product is careful).

We recently purchased travertine tiles for our Englewood lanai. Our experience with Karla Vasquez was wonderful. We were very unsure of the type of tile we wanted, and Karla guided us every step of the way. She was extremely patient and informative with us, even though we were unable to decide on the tile and configuration . We made four trips to the showroom and Karla greeted us each time with a smile, and treated us as though we were very important. She always greeted us with a smile and helped us make the right choice.

I haven't ever taken the time to do a review before. My experience with Stone Mart and in particular with Jay H. was so good I would never consider not passing my experience on. Although I don't think the price could really be beaten, the customer service, professionalism, patience, kindness, and personal attention were unmatched. There is something to be said for customer service. In my opinion, I would pay a little more for the service even if I did find it cheaper. I would like to note that I didn't have the largest order ever. I believe I received the same great treatment as someone who had made a massive commercial order. I have more projects in the near future and wouldn't use any other company for my order.

As a side note I believe any damage in shipment would be handled in a very quick and professional manner. Sometimes damage can happen at no real fault to any party and it's a comfort to know Stone Mart has staff that cares enough to take care of these situations.

Jim responded quickly to my questions and connected me to Karla to help me view the products at the Tampa location. Both were very collaborative and answered my questions quickly. The Stone-Mark product is fabulous. There are so many choices that can fit every home. We love it in our home in Florida and have chosen to put it into our home in Connecticut. I can't tell you how many people come into our home and comment on how fabulous the floor and shower look because of Stone-mart's travertine. We love it and have converted many of our friends to travertine and Stone-Mart!
