I am rejecting this response because: I have already been waiting to resolve this issue for 2 months and do not want to wait 10 more days them to respond me. My car is totaled by their insurer and I still haven't received any payments even though they accepted the liability. After waiting two more months, I take their response as a time gaining tactic to not pay. I only request them to do their job and pay the value of my car and towing expenses ASAP!

It is not a response.  It is legal jargon that doesn't address my concerns. If NJM reaches out to me and does what I ask I will accept the response. If NJM responds accordingly and  satisfactorily I will not persue legal actions

I am rejecting this response because:Their response was just timeline of my account.  The fact that I am not living in the home due to an unfortunate reason should not give then grounds to drop me.  Everything I worked so hard for in my life is in that home.  Now it is not protected after having them since June 2016 as my insurance.  I have a timeline which was sent to me from my mortgage company of the communication attempts made to NJM.  I find it odd they do not have any record of it.  Either someone does not know whats going on or someone is lying about the attempted communications.  Anyway I just wanted to catch up with you and let you know my stance on this.  It amazes me they have no problem still taking payment for flood insurance while I am not living in the home.  NJM is a scam of an insurance company.  I'm not one to complain and make a big stink of things, but put yourself in my shoes, losing everything, paying for a home I cant live in, displaced with a 2 year old baby, my wife, and two large dogs.  People have a certain breaking point and this is mine.  Insurance was meant to protect you through the bad, they are actually hurting me.

I am rejecting this response because:My Name is [redacted], my case number is in the subject line. I was just made aware that I prematurely closed my case against New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance company by responding to the first email I received from your office. I believed that by selecting accept, I was accepting the waiting period of 10 days for NJM to review my complaint and come back with a solution. The case is not resolved and I have not received satisfaction or remediation from NJM. Again this case is based on the fact that NJM has charged me for services not rendered after I closed my account with their company. This case is not closed and I am willing to do what I must to make that fact known and have it resolved.
