I am rejecting this response because they need to respond first about why they adopted a tacticts of sending threatening Letters to take legal actions over $150 which I don't owe as I am not there client since June , above all I recently received letters from DMV where they have sent a letter saying I do not hold insurance sice Aug in there system., I want them to explain while law gives this private company authority to question with whom we hold insurance or not , they also put my name in a insurance system that all companies question me what was the issue with my last insuarance ,.I want them.to answer over public platform regarding which law they are applying to adopt these deceptive , and unheard of techiniques to threaten and black mail cosumers who have a perfect record at DMV , to get under pressure and make there lives misrable by using there powers illigally , I would not accept any thing less then an answer on a public platform or I will be taking this complaint to consumer financial beureu next if I don't get a satisfactory answer or they don't take steps to correct all what they have did without informing me what's exactly they doing to my records
