I had the privilege of having my heating systems serviced by John [redacted] from Bel-O Heating and CoolingJohn conducted an extremely thorough LP/Propane leak check and detected a significant leak that put my family at riskJohn diligently removed the failed shut-off valve that caused the leak, called Bel-O Heating and Cooling (located approximately miles from my home), had a replacement part fabricated and delivered on site and replaced the failed section of LP screwed pipe all in the same visitJohn ***'s dedication to his customers, his craft and his company deserves recognitionJohn's diligence, attention to detail and professionalism is a testament to his character, caliber and significant skillThank you so very much for your outstanding service and for keeping my family safeThank you Bel-O Heating and Cooling for sending John to my house

Val was very professional and fixed our clogged bath tub very fast He even fixed our bathroom sink slow leak and didn't charge us for that issue He even pointed out a crack in our tub and instructed us on how to fix it
