Zach Hfrom Beloman has been our service repairman for many years
He is the best person to talk with and we trust him with all of our AC and heating needs
We always feel safer after Zach gives us the word; "everything is alright"
I just had the outside AC unit replaced on his recommendation The unit was over years old and he advised me to change it out before it would cost me more later down the road We also changed out my mothers unit last year for the same reason
Zach is worth his weight in gold And we hope he stays at Bel-O for the remainder of our life times

My furnace stopped working at 10:30pm when it was below freezing outside. After calling Beloman, Mark G. returned my call very quickly and helped me trouble shoot what might be wrong over the phone. When we couldn't get the furnace started he had a Beloman representative call me the next morning and schedule Nick K. to come out. Mark G even followed up the next morning to check on everything. Nick K. was able to solve the problem order a new part and did the repair the next day. The responsiveness of Beloman and professionalism of Nick K. were amazing. I signed up for the maintenance service and am very happy with this company. Mark G and Nick K both deserve a bonus! Thank you so much.

We were pleased with the response to our plea for help in getting our hot water heater pilot light to re-light. We expected the $60 trip charge but were astounded at the $55 repair charge for a 10-minute visit. The representative, Colby, was very nice as was the phone person who got him to our house. However, the eventual $98 charge (we got $17 off since we are on a contract with Beloman) seemed somewhat excessive for what was done. Colby relit the pilot light by pressing the right buttons and waiting for the pilot light to ignite the heater. I guess it boils down to knowing which buttons to press. But we were a bit disappointed in the charge.

Nick K. did the yearly maintenance on my furnace. He was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend him and will request him in the future.

John serviced my furnace today and I was very satisfied with his expertise and knowledge as well as his communication and friendly approach. John informed me of what he was doing and actually took the time to show me what he was improving or repairing. I hope John comes back in the spring for my next checkup.

I had the privilege of having my heating systems serviced by John [redacted] from Bel-O Heating and Cooling. John conducted an extremely thorough LP/Propane leak check and detected a significant leak that put my family at risk. John diligently removed the failed shut-off valve that caused the leak, called Bel-O Heating and Cooling (located approximately 55 miles from my home), had a replacement part fabricated and delivered on site and replaced the failed section of LP screwed pipe all in the same visit. John [redacted]'s dedication to his customers, his craft and his company deserves recognition. John's diligence, attention to detail and professionalism is a testament to his character, caliber and significant skill. We replaced the indoor evaporator coil Thursday May 11, 2017 because of a refrigerant leak, We received a call that the unit was not cooling at 7:45 am Wednesday May 17, she was unavailable that day and was scheduled for service on Thursday May 18. On Thursday May 18th our...

technician found the expansion valve inside the new coil not feeding properly, we installed a new valve the same day at no charge to the customer and the unit is running properly now.  The customer is comfortable and hopefully satisfied with our service. [redacted] has been our technician for several years now. He is professional in every sense of the word. His easy going manner makes for a pleasurable visit while he accomplishes his work in a very timely manner. Our heating system has not given us any significant problems and I hope to continue that history into the future. He also provides many helpful safety tips during his visit.
