therefore, hard rains can cause the water to overshoot the gutters. On most metal roofs we do not touch the gutter system in place and we did not touch the [redacted]'s gutters. We feel they may need new 6" gutters installed to replace their old gutters. We did offer to work with them on this but they feel their old 5" gutter is fine but would like splash guards put in the gutter. Our manufacturer does not feel it is a good solution because of the leaf and Ice build-up that can occur, therefore, Solarshield will not be a part of It. We will, however, give them a credit or refund if someone else would do it for them, but we will not be responsible for their gutters.We have tried to-work with the customer and hope that a resolution can be agreed upon.Thank you,Solarshield Home ImprovementsSue G[redacted]

We acknowledge that there was a misunderstanding at closing related to outstanding property taxes on the subject property.  We have documentation that demonstrates that this misunderstanding resulted from erroneous information from the jurisdiction to which the taxes were...

owed.  We are working with the closing attorney to resolve this issue as quickly and fairly as possible.  We have been in direct contact with the person who submitted this complaint and will continue to communicate with him until this matter is resolved.

Review: My name is [redacted] and I have power of attorney over [redacted] is a 90 year old World War II veteran and has been dealing with Beltone Hearing in the [redacted] PA office for approximately the last 15 years. I am contacting you as [redacted]'s advocate , because I feel this company took advantage of him. He felt obligated to purchase this digital remote control high tech hearing aid not realizing the operation of it. He purchased the Optima True 9 on 9/5/2012. After taking it back twice in October 2012 to complain the representative adjusted it and told him to try it. He told me he just can't hear with it., everything is muffled. He went back in March and told [redacted] he wanted his money back and [redacted] (the sales representative) told him she could not refund his money. She sent the hearing aid away for service and he received the aid through the mail the first week of May. The letter inside the package was dated April 29,2013, with a corresponding letter stating they have seen him in the [redacted] office a number of times and that he made no mention of being unhappy. I know for a fact that he has notworn the new hearing aid for more than three hours. He was to go to the office on May 9thfor a 4:15 pm appointment. I went with him because I knew of situation. The sales rep got very defensive and I did not want to have a confrontation with her. I tried to settle this with the main office but to no avail. I feel this is an diservice not only to the elderly, but to a veteran. The sales representative scolded [redacted] for not trying the aid for two weeks straight. He replied that he could not hear (everything is muffled) and the sales rep just ignored him saying you have to listen to me. [redacted] has purchase three hearing aids from this office and never had a problem with service.Desired Settlement: To recieve a cash refund
