Benchmark Aluminum just completed refurbishing our pool cage with new screens, doors, new bolts (replacing rusted bolts), power washing and installing new trim pieces along the bottom of the cage. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that Dominic and Anthony did for us. Dominic even jumped into the pool to retrieve a dropped bolt. Not many others would go so far to ensure a top quality job from start to finish. Our cage looks like new again! We were very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy afforded to us as well as the exceptional work done by them both. We highly recommend Benchmark to anyone looking for a top-notch company that offers true, top shelf customer service and top quality work.

Benchmark just finished up my pool cage rehab and I must say it actually looks better than new. First they removed the old screens. Next they replaced all my rusty bolts with Nylotec fasteners. Next the painting crew showed up to prepare the cage for paint. The first visit they power washed the cage to remove any dirt or mold as well as any chipping paint. Then they spent a day just sanding the cage in preparation for the white Sherwin Williams DTM paint that they applied. Next re screening. The job took a little longer than normal but that was due to Mother Nature blessing us with above normal August rain. Hope to enjoy my cage rehab for quite a few years.

We were very happy with our experience with Benchmark. Not only did they do an excellent job, they were fast and efficient. The entire crew was polite and courteous and they all worked very hard. We never saw any one of the crew not working. They removed and replaced our pool cage in basically 2 days and we are very happy with the new pool cage. We highly recommend them.

Wow! Benchmark Aluminum should teach a class on Customer Service!! From the first phone call to the last finishing touch Benchmark people kept me informed. Mine was a relatively small project - extending existing screening of the lanai and replacing the old screen. Julie and Mandy notified me as the permitting process made its way through the maze at the county offices. Once the permitting was done, the workmen were here to begin work. The two gentlemen who came on two of the days worked steadily, were courteous, kept me informed along the way - very professional. I regret that I do not have their names. On the last day, Dan came out to finish up. It was almost as though the two crews were trying to out do each other in their workmanship! I am very pleased with the interaction I had with Benchmark and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing screening work done. A first class company providing first class service!

The three installers (one was named Travis) did a great job and they couldn't have been nicer. They never took a work break. Cheryl in customer service was always very professional . She always got back to me when she said she would. Benchmark is fortunate to have such good employees.

Benchmark seems to be a well run business with great customer service . Everyone from the head of sales to office staff and to the work crews were extremely curtious and efficient. I originally got 2 quotes, but the other company never got back to me after the quote. Once we got our quote from Benchmark, everything worked like clockwork. If I had any questions or concerns, Benchmark always got back to me within a day. Again, great customer service! We had our cage repainted and rescreened and it looks like new. We are very satisfied with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Benchmark to our neighbors.

Benchmark Aluminum installed a "windowwall" screen on our lanai. They arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job of inatallation.

We had a fairly large job, which included tearing off a old lanai, and constructing a new covered lanai with a insulated roof as well as a pool cage to encompass a new pool. The price was very reasonable, and the crew Rodney and Chaz were outstanding. Their work was meticulous. They were professional, cleaned up as they went and basically treated the job like they were at their own house. If we need any more aluminum work we will call Benchmark

Benchmark recently replaced our 24 year old pool cage with one with the picture window view. Did a beautiful job. The workers were great, did a good job, and cleaned up nicely. We were pleased with the entire process. They had to quit early a couple of times (now why don't they want to be out there when It's lighting?), but got done in a timely manner anyway.
