Recently had a front porch enclosure done by Bemchmark. Despite a long delay on my part due to delays in getting approval from the community, once I had the approval in place, they responded quickly and executed the installation in short order and met my timeframe requirements. The work was done with high quality. The installers took the time to move some items (I was not there during the installation) to ensure no damage to some decorative items on the porch. I am very happy with the installation and it has made a significant improvement in managing to summer bug problem we had in our entryway. I will be showing it off to the neighbors and would define lay recommend Benchmark as a quality contractor.

My husband and I recently moved to Punta Gorda, FL. After what we considered a horrible, long and drawn-out experience with the builder/developer of our new construction home, we were impressed with the service provided by Benchmark Aluminum and Construction. When "Chris" came to our home as scheduled to give us an estimate, he was very professional and explained every step of the process, as well as all the products available to us. He promised that our job would probably be scheduled for installation by the end of the following week and he required no "up front" costs, telling us that payment in full would be collected at the completion of the job and if it was to our satisfaction. Low and behold, two employees showed up the next morning to begin work!! It was a small job, but was completed the same day. We love our screened-in lanai and would recommend Benchmark Aluminum and Construction to anyone every day and twice on Sunday's!!! We appreciated their follow-up courtesy call to make sure of our satisfaction as well. Thank You Benchmark!!

We had a pool and caged lanai, as well as an addition to our enclosed lanai, and Benchmark Aluminum has done a great job. From the first experience with Cris who came to our home to evaluate the situation to the end of the project this company has been top notch. The first day the team arrived at our home, the Foreman Mike spoke with us and decided to show us the plans and how things would flow better if they turned the lanai cage a different way, which has turned out to be awesome. They always addressed any questions we had and would stop periodically while doing the job and show us how things were progressing. This in itself is a great attribute for a company, because it is our project. Benchmark had to make numerous trips back to our home due to paver issuses, created by the paver company. One of the things that made our experience with Benchmark was the fact that they could change things while on the fly. They always wanted our opinion on how things were looking and if we had any concerns they would address them immediately. We can only say positive things about this company, from our first encounter with Cris to the guys on the job Mike and Bobby to the girls in the office who I always forget their names because they all sound a like and are so professional and courteous. Thank you Benchmark Aluminum for such a great job on our project! We would recommend them to everyone!

I was very impressed with Benchmark Aluminum and recommend their work. The sales representatives, office staff and construction workers were informative, knowledgeable and professional. I had the screen cage area off my lanai replaced by them and am pleased with the result.

Working with the salesman was quick and easy. He addressed all the issues with the gutters and downspouts. The installers did a great job over the day and a half to install them and we walked around the house for an inspection. One less downspout was needed so my final bill was immediately adjusted. After a heavy rain, we noticed a leak at the corner of one gutter so we called. The installers were back that afternoon with additional caulking that fixed the leak. I would definitely recommend this company - very professional people that get the work done correctly and in a timely fashion!

The installers did a great job. The pool cage is plumb and square. It looks great. The installers cleaned up the area before they left. We are very pleased.

I would recommend this company as the first company to contact to do your new build or renovation of your existing structure. They might be a busy company but more than worth the wait.The outcome and quality of their work was more than we expected and the end product more than exceeded our expectations.
What impressed me most was their commitment to making sure they did the right thing and that we were most of all happy with the result.
There was a miscommunication during the renovation of our project early on but they handled it very professionally from the sales staff to the office and management to get it done perfect and on time.

We were very pleased with the jobs that Benchmark did for us - we had a pool cage installed and also our front lanai entry. They were attentive to detail, and a minor issue encountered along the way was immediately rectified - no question. We love our new clearview screen! My wife and I are so very happy with the 1,500 sq.ft pool cage that was installed by Benchmark. It makes our new home even more beautiful than we could have hoped for. The company was there every step of the way to answer questions while construction was being done.
