Their Website states Tabs that don't existIt is not intuitive and at the very best confusingThe payments they send have no correlation to the payment thats actually do so it adds to total confusionI just got terminated for the second time and when I try to call to sort it out its a painful ordealIf I don't get reinstated there will be a further review

4/29/I'm no longer employedI would like my refund of It was for flexible spending account.No more calls referring to the crap about being investigating the account

Company makes it extremely difficult to get dependent care and medical care reimbursement funds that i've placed into the account reimbursed to me
Benefit Strategies, LLC refuses to reimburse me the money that I've placed into my dependent care and healthcare spending account stating the the receipts I've submitted don't meet IRS standards
I can only submit the receipts that have been given to me from the companies I use such as *** *** *** Center, and Dr*** *** office
Benefit Strategies, LLC has told me to go back to the companies where I've had services and have them change their receipt practices so that they meet IRS standards
I've asked Benefit Strategies, LLC to contact the companies directly with their concerns related to receipts and Benefit Strategies, LLC states that they cannot do that due to HIPPA
This organization is very unprofessional and is doing a disservice to the public
