We have been trying to get our spa repaired since 12/15/It is needed for physical therapy they broke it more, never had the parts and didn't show up for the appointments 80% of the timeWe have a technician here now only because we called the Revdex.com and will get a lawyer if need be if it is not fixed today its time for a lawyer use anyone else! worst service ever!!!!

I do not wish to file a complaint against this company In fact, it's just the opposite! I would like to compliment Spa Manufacturers, Inc., (especially Karla), for helping us to resolve our problem as quickly as possible Our experience with this company involved a pump we assumed had stopped working Our swim spa was only a year old and I was very adamant about getting the pump fixed or replaced immediately I spoke several times to Karla on the phone and I wasn't very patient with her, even though she was diligently attempting to get a service technician to take care of our problem We live in south LA and she was having a bit of difficulty finding a service technician to get to our location in the timely fashion I expected Finally, after several days I detected the frustration in her voice and asked her if we could ask a local service technician who serviced our hot tub, to take a look at the swim spa This young man was employed by the company that sold us the hot tub and they also installed pools Karla was more than agreeable to this arrangement The owner of the pool and hot tub business contacted Karla and she was extremely happy that their service man agreed to come out and diagnose the problem with our pump As a result, there was not a thing wrong with our pump Somehow the control knob was turned off and as soon as the tech, David, quickly diagnosed this error on our part, he turned the knob and the pump worked fine
I can't say how foolish we felt, but it made us realize exactly how kind and generous the staff at Spa Manufacturer's could be I can honestly say I detected genuine concern on their part and I demonstrated impatience and frustration with the product we purchased I learned a valuable lesson after realizing the problem with the pump was caused by myself or someone in my family and I was ready to condemn the caring, kind, and helpful staff at Spa Manufacturer's After the technician diagnosed the problem, I phoned Karla to thank her and inquire about the amount we owed After all, it was our fault, not the fault of Spa Manufacturer, and Karla never mentioned who was at fault She very kindly stated that she was happy our problem was resolved and we need not worry about any charges
I know we all get aggravated and out of sorts when something we purchase doesn't work properly, but please remember my experience with this company They really do try extremely hard to put the customer's best interest first!

My husband and I went to a home show where there were spas on display from Spa Manufacturers, IncClearwater, Florida The person who helped us, Wendy spent so much time with us, but we had a big 'if' regarding purchasing a spa We would need to enlarge our porch and since we live in a community with restrictions we were not sure if approval would come to make room for a hot-tub Wendy requested that we put a $deposit down to hold the home show price, but assured us that if we could not enlarge the room that the $deposit would be refunded, no problems Well, we did not get approval for the room, and I contacted Wendy this morning to let her know our news She was sad that we could not purchase the hot tub, but immediately refunded our $ No problems
I've recently read up on the benefits of swimming on general health and how much better it is for your body as opposed to running which can take a toll on your legs if you have some extra weight on you
Well we don't have a very big pool, more or a relax and leisure pool, at least not big enough to be able to do lapsSo I looked into buying a swim spa as they're calledYou've probably seen one, it's one of those self contained pools that constantly pushed water at you that you swim against
So set on buying a swim spa I did my research and sure enough I found Spa ManufacturersI really liked how they make everything themselves and in the US! I went over to their showroom and looked at their selection (and trust me it can be a little overwhelming) but we finally narrowed it down and found the perfect swim spa for my budgetThey were very friendly and helpful through the process and I have to say I really enjoy my swim spa! I've been working up a sweat every day since and in this summer heat what an enjoyable way to do so

We found Spa Manufacturers place at the 2015 Florida State Fair and got a wonderful price for out swim spa from a great sales lady. We had it delivered to our new house in June 2015. We have been enjoying our swim spa ever since. They have been very helpful with lost parts and assisting with knowing how to care for our swim spa after our warrenty ran out. We needed a new filter, called and they were in stock, so while we were down in the Tampa area we went by and they had had a run on the filters. They made us a deal and shipped them free when they came in. All the staff we have dealt with have been very helpful and personable and informative. We enjoy our interactions with them and have had no issues to complain of. Enjoy owning and using their swim spa.
