I am SO IMPRESSED with this company. We ordered a swim spa a year ago. We live in Seattle so the distance (Spa Manufacturers is in Florida) could've been an issue for any problems, but we know first-hand, they know how to take care of their customersno matter where you live!
The spa has been fantastic! We love the size. We turned it down in the summer to make it a swimming pool for the kids and then back up when we wanted the warmth of the spa. Unfortunately, there was a dent in the fiberglass from the wooden stairs moving around inside during shipping. Also, during the first couple months, there were little problems with the lights, the o-rings, and one of the pumps. Just recently, another little part for the fountain needs tightened/repairednormal wear and tear from what they explained.
The staff is always there to answer our calls to troubleshoot any issues on the phone and once there has been something that needed a professionals attention, they've found a service tech in our area to come fix itand they covered all of the costs under warranty. Carla, the manager, has been nothing short of wonderful to work with and extremely quick to respond whenever I reached out. Their service "after the sale" has been STELLAR, which in my book it the sign of a top-notch company. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a great spa at a fantastic price!
My wife and I purchased a spa from Spa Manufactures a couple years ago and absolutely love it. They delivered the spa exactly when they promised, set it up and taught us how to use it. We needed a service on the spa a year later, and they came right over and made a quick correction all at no charge. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new spa.
