Right on time they called and arrived as they said. The employee TIM W quickly realized my 15 year old rusted out water hater was in need of more than repairs. He ordered another and within a few minutes it arrived. It was installed in a mannerly time.
Tim W was helpful, knowledgeable and did a great job. The efficiency of time, arrival within time schedule and personality of TIM W made an impression this company is the one to call in the future.
