So professional and very efficient at his job, explaining precisely what was wrong and how he would fix it - also how to prevent this from happening again. Additionally such a kind, polite young man. The representative was courteous and knowledgable and appeared to do a pprofessional job of removing and installing my new hot water heater. I thought the cost was high 1800 dollars ,but we did get a 12year maintenance and repair warranty with the new heater. He cleaned up well and I am satisfied. I would If I had time get more estimates before hiring.

Ben Franklin Plumbing was called to help with an emergency water heater replacement (for unit destroyed in 4:30 am garage fire). They arranged for a plumber (Chandler M.) to be here that day, early afternoon, and he had the water turned on by 3 pm. Thank you, Chandler! The next morning he came early with a replacement water heater, after explaining a variety of options to us. We will have hot water the 2nd day provided the electrician follows up as needed. Chandler was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and wonderful to work with under circumstances that were very stressful for us. We highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and Chandler M.
