It is amazing for me to see that Bennett Property Management responded to this complain the same day when this complained was generatedWe as Tenant wait for weeks even several month to hear from anybody but when it comes to this how fast they moveWhen reviewing all other complains about Bennett it becomes very interesting to see that I`m not the only one experience those issues and issues of similarities*** Housings Inspectors can confirm the issues with Bennett PropertyI'm not able to download the whole file.

We are sorry that [redacted] does not feel that we have been responsive.  We have responded to every maintenance request (well documented in our software system) and we have personally been to the property multiple times to assess [redacted]' concerns regarding the property.  We feel that...

we have never ignored or treated [redacted] with anything but respect and timely responses.  We have also given [redacted] detailed accounting of her account balance with us.  If she would like to speak with her property manager, [redacted], he is available at our office number and his cell phone, both of which [redacted] has.

[redacted] home has passed every inspection through the section 8 housing program, or any issues the inspector may have had have been addressed in a timely manner. Bennett has also responded to any concerns of [redacted] in a timely manner.  We have extensive documentation and vendors who can attest to this.  While I am sorry that [redacted] does not feel we were responsive to her, I know that we addressed each concern as it came up and dealt with them in the best manner possible.

This company and the people that work there are CROOKS!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! If you dont believe me see the reviews on [redacted]!! Please do your homework before renting from this company. All they want to do is take your money and tack on all these outrages fees. You never get your security deposit back no matter how clean and great you have left your home. It takes people to come out and repair your service forever to get there and your property manager rarely returns your calls. I am trying to warn any and everybody from leasing from this company or doing any kind of business so you can avoid the same things I went through. There are other property management companies out there...so do your homework!! I am suprised they are rated A on Revdex.com....I am sure that had everyone that had been screwed by this company had taken the time to write a review you would find they should be listed as F. Ann M[redacted] and her business is a joke! They do not care about you they care about getting your money and as much of it as they possibly can.

We have been leasing from Bennett Property Management for going on 4 years now in a relatively pricey home in an upscale resort community. We have been perfect tenants. Never even a day late on paying and we keep the property in absolute pristine condition. Cleaning lady every 2 weeks, professional landscaping service every 2 weeks and the inside is kept immaculate. The staff at Bennett is constantly rude, condescending and nasty whether it be the receptionist or the leasing officer herself. Never have we been treated with such complete disrespect at all times. Additionally any time there is a repair request they are anything but timely in their responses or handling the situation. We have grown so weary of it we make most small repairs or issues ourselves just to avoid it taking forever and being treated like complete crap in the meantime. Two major appliances have gone out during our tenancy and the replacements have been sub-par, low budget replacements. We pay a high rental rate in an expensive community and are not wrong to expect the management company keep the home repairs in a manor which falls in line with the home's value, the community's prestige, the amount we pay monthly and that are similar to the units that have stopped working. If I wanted to live in a cheap house in a cheap neighborhood and never paid on time and didn't care for the property I would expect to be treated horribly and have low budget fixtures. The whole staff needs a lesson (or 12) in how to treat paying customers or even just people in general. From the first phone call to the front desk you are treated with such contempt and snottiness and that's long before they have any idea who is on the other line. Phone calls and emails go days without reponses, etc... We will never do businees with this company again and will make it our personal mission to share this with as many people as humanly possible.

Bennett Property Management failed to address the numerous times I had to call them to complain about there college tenants. As noted in their answer, I had not contacted  them in some time. That is because the students living there were on summer break. You would think with my history of complaints, Bennett Property Management would have a better reply than I have not heard from you in a while, and the standard slap of the hand 10 notice of non-compliance?Its time for Bennett Property Management to start doing what they were supposed to do all along, Property Management, it is certainly not my job to have to live with this behavior, call Bennett, and police? Maybe I should charge Management fees? You will note  from the two pictures I attached, the first picture of the backyard, is from April 2013, with the little dog and citrus tree (previous tenant), and the second picture is from July 2015, notice the citrus  tree is a stump, the rest was cut up for bon fires for the late night backyard parties.Now I ask you do these attached  pictures, that are 2 years apart in date 4/2013 and 7/2015, two different tenants show any improvement in how the property is managed from the back view?I have more pictures if necessary? NOTE : (Previous tenant also college students of were removed by Bennett after I called police numerous times late night parties the tenant and I had words and I was threatened)

Do not use this company!!!! We are very disappointed by their lack of professionalism! Not trustworthy! So many errors I do not even know where to begin! I would not recommend this company whatsoever!!

[redacted] clearly remembers your applications.  She offered to refund your application fees when your credit report came back with an open bankruptcy, because we do not approve applications with open bankruptcies.  When you suggested a co-signor, [redacted] also ran the...

application on the co-signor who, unfortunately, did not meet the income requirement to qualify as a co-signor.  [redacted] remembers leaving either your or your husband a voice mail to this effect.  Regardless, [redacted] is still willing to refund the application fees.  Please contact [redacted] via email, or you may email [redacted] with your contact information so that we can mail you a check.  Thank you,  Bennett Property Management.

Mr. [redacted] is within his rights as a neighbor and citizen to notify us and the police of behavior and/or actions he feels are disturbing his quiet enjoyment.  The reality is that, he will have to do this each time he feels it is necessary.  We have responded each time to his complaints within the bounds of the law.  While we cannot predict the behavior of any person, we do screen all applicants thoroughly.  We also serve notices, inspect the property and will evict, if necessary, any tenant who is not complying with the terms of the lease (which include quiet enjoyment and maintenance of the property).  We will continue to respond to Mr. [redacted] to the best of our abilities and within the letter of the law.

This management company advertises well, but they do not provide good service. I rented a home from them in Surprise and the home had a leak in the garage roof. It took Bennett months to fix the problem. They kept sending out companies to bid on the work; looking for the lowest price, I'm sure, instead of fixing the problem as quickly as possible. I ended up with wet roofing material on the roof of my car each time it rained. The homeowners assoc. did not allow parking on the street so parking outside of the garage was not an option. Also, upon moving out, our lease required that we have the carpet professionally cleaned, which we did, and we also hired professional cleaners to clean the entire home, at the cost of about $250. We supplied receipts to Bennett for both. They then charged us $250 for cleaning, from our security deposit. The home was already cleaned and this charge was bogus. They also charged $300 for painting, which is also outrageous. Maybe one room needed paint, as we filled small holes from pictures and touched up with paint they supplied. On a side note, we very gently used their refrigerator as we had one of our own and we also put in an upgraded sink faucet and set up filtered water at the kitchen sink. We added towel bars in the bathrooms and reinforced closet rods; all of this was money out of our own pocket. If anything, we improved the home, at our own expense.
