lease, but you also could make the remaining payments and potentially turn in the vehicle early.  I realize that you did not purchase the vehicle through us and may recommend that you speak with the dealer you bought it from.  They can give a second opinion and may or may not be willing to pay more for the car.  The other option would be to hold on and finish out the lease and then you could simply turn in the vehicle.  The final option would be that you could sell your vehicle on your own.  Hopefully one of these options will work out well for you.

the lenders are required to send these notices if they cannot provide the terms we were looking for.   For example, if we asked the lender to provide 2.9% financing and they can only provide 3.9, the letter will be generated from them.  The terms of the loan that you agreed to are the terms of the loan with the lender.  We also apologize for your experience with our finance manager.  We have met with him  regarding your experience and have taken action to ensure that all of our guests are treated with friendliness and respect.  We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can avoid this from happening to anyone else.  You also mentioned your credit score dropping.  My guess is that you are looking at a different bureau from the one we looked at here.  We would be happy to run it again here with you to show the actual difference now vs. your initial purchase date.  Please keep in mind that taking on additional debt can impact your credit score.

We again apologize that you are not happy with what we feel your vehicle is worth.  Fortunately, you do not have to sell us your vehicle if you feel the value is too low.  We do want you to be happy, and would encourage you to reach out to the dealer who sold you the vehicle for an additional quote on buying back your car.  We would be interested in purchasing your car from you for $22,500 currently.  We will honor this for the next 7 days if you choose to sell it to us.

I have a signed and binding contract for 24.000 that is what I will take, guess next step is to call my congress man, and also make a call to Chanel 2 news to let them know how Berlin City Toyota treats there customers.
