I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. The received notice does not satisfy my complaint for the reasons in my original complaint and interactions with employee's at Berlin City: 1. I have requested in writing documentation of written correspondence that the sales manager's actions have been corrected. Placing a formal letter of apology on letterhead would satisfy the request and mailed to my address.2. The credit score effected by the actions of Berlin City seeking terms that were not agreeable, nor negotiated, is the same service that repudiated the original score. 31 points was not effected by increased purchases, nor debt, other than the notable checking of the score from institutions that were initiated by Berlin City.3. Although this may be common practice, the consumer was not informed of the result of the countless institutions that were communicated with to agree to terms that we were not in approval of.We have started the initiation process through the consumer rights division of the Maine attorney generals office pursuant to our claim of constant promises made by those the we have noted contact with. We plan to reach out to the media as well, unfortunately, to express our dissatisfaction of not receiving a return call to someone that we were given the name of to resolve our efforts, [redacted]. Should our wishes not be met in due time considering this is an 8 week old deal, we will pursue actions in he aforementioned.
