When I did speak to  Meylinda L[redacted] previously (because I called her), she was completely dis-interested in what I was saying. In fact, she clearly wasn't listening because she wasn't responding to anything I said or asked.Bottom line is that the issue isn't resolved to my satisfaction. I'll go up to see them in an attempt to resolve the issue directly with the business in spite of my 3 previous trips I've made in an attempt to do so. But, if the issue cannot be resolved in that way I'd still like to pursue mediation.I'm out of state through 12/13 and won't be able to deal with this until week after next. Thanks,[redacted]
