To whom it may concern, I never received a phone call from Best Buy Auto Sales. The statement they gave is a statement. I have documentation of the conversation that happened were Mark told me to F---- off and he has lost enough money on my vehicle. I also have documentation through text with another employee of Best Buy. I have the invoice of the vehicle inspected and vehicle didn't pass. Please let me know what step to take next, thanks.*** ***

The total price was over $9000. I'd be happy to dig out the receipt and your
original ad that said it was $4995 but all this is petty. The issue is that the
truck was a piece of crap and you sold it knowingly and took advantage of us,
as I am sure you have with many others. If that’s the kind of business you want
to run I will continue to tell people about it so they do not have the same
misfortune of trusting you as we have had. The brake line did break, the total repair was over $1300 because the truck
is so rusted the brake system is failing. I believe it’s rusted calipers or
something like that? I’m not a mechanic. We did $400 of the repair and you
agreed to fix the rest. There were calls and emails. Also [redacted] noted that the
steering had issues that you should have fixed prior to selling it to us. We
told you about that and you agreed to fix it. It is difficult to drive it all
the way to [redacted] in January especially when the roads are icy and your
vehicles brakes aren’t safe. The good news is we seem to have repaired the oil leak and the truck is running
better. It wasn't as big of an issue as we were told. We also had a few other
things repaired and are hoping it will be okay. BUT we still would like you to
fix the issues that the truck had when we bought it. It needs the back brakes
repaired and the steering fixed, these could possibly be simple issues you
could fix without too much trouble. That would be the decent thing to do. It
would make a huge difference to us. I understand that you buy your vehicles at
an auction and resell them, or whatever but when a vehicle has this many issues
you should help your customers, not be rude and treat them poorly. All we want
is a safe vehicle for the price we paid.

[redacted]
