[redacted] purchased a 1999 [redacted] on 10/14/2015. the purchase price was $5995.00 and the vehicle had 109,915 miles on the date of delivery. On 12/30/2015 we received the first notice of any issues with the vehicle. It appears a brake line had broken. We received an email stating that...

she had the vehicle repaired and there was a couple other possible issues. The [redacted] receipt that was sent with this email shows the vehicle with 114,238 miles. The vehicle had already been driven 4,323 miles at this point. At this time we set [redacted] up with an appointment with our service department for 1/11/2016. At 12:12pm on 1/11/2016 we received another email stating that she could not bring the vehicle due to illness. That was the last we heard from [redacted] until another email arrived 3/14/2016. Along with this email was an oil change receipt showing 116,879 miles on the vehicle. The vehicle has now been driven 6,964 miles since it was purchased. The vehicle is long past any warranty coverage that we offer. We did however offer to give a fair estimate to repair anything the vehicle might need. Mark B.- General Manager

Phone response - the sales agreement she provided was the original price that she took to her bank and was declined. She was financed through one of our banks at the $5356 price on 11/14/17 and I have included the correct sales agreement here.
