I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAll issues with the [redacted] were there half way through the warranty, that's why I kept going to the business over and over and over again and the tire light once again was on from day one, because of their forge in objects they found and they sold the vehicle knowing all if the problems wrong with it, as I have found out the hard way along with my journey in dealing with them and I will not go back to their business to have anything fixed, because clearly they don't even know how to fix anything, only lie and cover up issues to get rid of you and also I will not deal with people that are demeaning and cuss in front of children, like its nothingMy son and I were embarrassed and ashamed to of experienced such an ordeal that we were put through.I have sent in all the proof that I have !!! We had to have the truck towed to the dealership when the shifter broke, When I went to pick it up, I talked to them, [redacted] told me what they did to fix it and not only showed me the cables and left them in the bed, I AM NOT questioning that they did fix this problem When I was getting ready to leave, I told him that MAYBE that fixed the transmission slip, In which he replied sternly " I'M Not putting anymore money into it" .I took it strait home that dayStopped at the store, When I went to leave it did the same thingand it is now gotten worse, I have to start out in second then shift up to drive to get it to go without buckingI took it down to a 3rd Mechanic who looked it over for methat's where we found the the whole front of the bed is rusted off from the frame, And where they were supposed to fix the squeaking in the front end, they apparently rigged a piece of sheet metal where they were supposed to weld it back up sturdyThis thing is so ate up with rust underneath that I'm afraid to drive it out of town, The front end has a shimmy in it, I asked my mechanic if it could be wheel bearings, he looked at it and and said no but there is a lot of rust around the break assembly's that could be causing it.so have fear that I could go down the road and a tie rod or something break or a break line burst, This thing is a rust bucket .The first mechanic we took it to when it wasn't running right, said it looked to have been sitting for a time in water by the line on the bottom pulleysWhen I asked I was told no It's because of Chicago weatherEither way it's a Rust bucket and It shouldn't have been sold to us or anyone else I know he thinks he did us a favor ( By us I mean myself and my Girlfriend [redacted] ) by letting us make paymentsI'd appreciate that if the vehicle was fit to be on the roadI'm sure He wouldn't want to take a trip in it Anyone can look at the mileage and see it hasn't a whole lot more than when I got it, I've been to Carbondale times, Marion twice and my girlfriends a couple times , the rest is in town when I need to because I'm afraid to drive it And, Nobody threatened anyone We simply stated that we would be taking legal action The Attorney General's office has already been in contact Please just give us our money back You can have the truck back

I have reviewed the vehicle from this sale on February 28, The vehicle was inspected at our facility and passed New York State inspection with 60,miles on 2/28/ I have no record of any issues from then until now almost a year and a half later I cannot offer any assistance with this vehicle as we have already offered Ms [redacted] solutions and she refuses to pay for them Best Buy Auto Sales will not pay to repair a vehicle a year and a half after it was sold

Spoke with [redacted] today He is telling me that we opened up a new complaint case I said no we didn't He apparently called and spoke with someone at Revdex.com and that's what they told him I said no, I told them all that you said and done and submitted the photos and documents and he yet argued with me [redacted] also said that [redacted] said all was well and he was satisfied [redacted] said NO he did not When he shook his hand he said Thank you That was it He still claims taxes etc were over $ When you return something you get taxes included This company is awful, and we will let everyone know that Although we have been told that Selling junk vehicles that are a safety hazard Please post this response They owe us about $more for a vehicle that is a hazard that we don't have and gave back to them

We always sell our cars with good intentions and the good intentions of helping them purchase a good, dependable, and safe vehicle. We have been in business for 25 years and have a A+ rating with the RevDex.com. The customers test drove the vehicle prior to the sale and... the only complaint at that time was it was idling rough. I informed them that we did a tune up and that had not fixed the problem. The gentleman replied that "I have to a mechanic that will be able to figure it out." The customers came to the shop on two occasions. The first time was concerning the transmission. As far as the transmission, when I went with them on a test drive it shifted but not like a new truck. I stated the vehicle is 17 years old with miles on it and it is not going to shift like a new truck. I stated the transmission needed serviced. The second time the customers came to the shop it was for the shifter cable, emergency brake cable and the headlights. I replaced the broken shifter cable, fixed the emergency brake cable, and adjusted the lights at NOT COST to the customer. I was not aware of any other problems with the truck. I always do my best to help my customers with any issues with a vehicle and do the repairs. If the customers would like me to evaluate the truck and discuss the issues that need to be fixed, I will gladly do so. The truck is financed with us as we try to help the local people who cannot get financing with a bank. If we didn't have good intentions, why would we finance the vehicle at ZERO percent interest. We are here to help our customers. At this point, I do not know what action to take. I feel that I should not have to deal with threats and false statements about me or my business. Like I have mentioned above, we have been in business for 25 years. We are a family owned business and do all we can to help our customers purchase a good, dependable, and safe vehicle. We also help with any issues that might arise after the vehicle being purchased.

This man bought a door black Honda accordHe test drove it and liked itThere were no issues at the time of saleHe called after he purchased the vehicle and he was yelling and screamingI asked him to bring the car over so we can run a diagnostics testHe brought it to me and apologized for his loud voice for screaming and yellingWe found that the timing belt jumped two teeth which could happen at any pointWe gave him an option to buy a warranty, but he chose not toHe bought this as isWe always stand behind out work and work with our customersWe diagnosed the problem free, and the repair I did for him would have cost him $somewhere elseHe agreed to this and was happy with what I was charging himI do not know the change of heart after he finished with usWe have been in business for years and have an A+ rating with the Revdex.comI can not please everyone, and I tried my best to help this customerWhen he only paid $he left my shop happyIf he is not happy with this I do not know how I can help himIf he is having second thoughts about the car, the car had absolutely no issues when he left with itHe agreed to bring the car to us and help him diagnose the problemWe brought the car back and fixed it at the very very minimum cost

With my experience over the last years in the car business, customer service always comes 1st! At Best Buy Auto Sales we specialize in special financing and helping people with not so great credit get into a reliable vehicle at an affordable costMr *** contacted us last week and explained
he was deployed and he and his wife were looking to purchase a vehicleShortly after speaking with him we were in contact with Mr*** wife and set up a time for her and her father to come down and view a few vehicles that they were interested inThey came in and Mr*** wife and her father had purchased a Chevy EquinoxMr*** wife had a request for us to repair some paint imperfections prior to picking the vehicle upWe agreed to take care of that concern for her at no costMr*** wife and father were very happy with the vehicle they had chosenWe then discussed financing, which we were informed that there would be no issue with thatOften, people aren't that familiar with there creditThis is only do to the fact that we don't use it everydayIn this situation the customer thought his credit score was much higher than it actually wasWhich would obviously cause anyone to become very upsetThat is exactly what happened in this occurrenceWith having a lower credit score it directly impacts the ability to secure financingMr*** wife stated she was looking to be at $payment which is extremely lowHowever, they were putting down a large down payment which allowed us to get them a $paymentI then contacted Mr*** wife with the great newsWe then talked about her picking it up the following dayOnly just after minutes of speaking with her I then received a call from Mr***He was EXTREMELY irate about his credit scoreHe stated we were lying about his credit scoreAt this point I offered to provide a full report of his Experian Credit BureauAt no point did Mr*** attempt to listen to what I had to sayAfter having to hang the phone up on Mr*** do to vulgar language he continuously used, and the threats of social media reviews and such threats as Revdex.comAs I stated, Best Buy Auto Sales has Customer Service at the top of our list when it comes to doing business!

Phone response - The fuel economy is based on an estimate from Fuel Economy.gov The tires were replaced with the proper size for the vehicleThe part for the mirror was ordered and installed alreadyAs far as the current noise, I offered to look at it and fix it, but she will not drop the
vehicle off with our mechanics

The first time in, could not find any codes ( Waterloo location)When the issue happened the 2nd time, I had her bring it to my location, and we found codes in the history, so we fixed the coil spring in cylinder and replaced the battery, as well as some other items she requested even though they
had nothing to do with the no startA few days later she said it was happening againWe have had the vehicle to try and duplicate what she is saying, but we have not been able to do soShe has had our loaner the whole time, so she is not without a vehicleI would like to see what she is seeing so we can make sure it is fixed and won't happen againAs of today, it has we have not been able to duplicate the no start issue, it has fired up every time

Vehicle was purchased 2-16-by *** ***. On 2-17-Mrs*** notified us that there was an (!) light on the dash. We checked her tire pressures and they were all set a little over 40psi. The light was off at this time. On 3-7-the light had come back on so we made
an appointment at *** Muffler Brake where we purchase all of our new tires. They pulled in the vehicle and adjusted the tire pressures to psi which was called for in the owner's manual. The warning light was off at this time and the car was in perfect driving condition. On Friday 3-11-Mrs*** drove her vehicle to our shop with a Left Rear tire that was low on air. Our mechanics plugged a hole free of charge after removing a nail per her request. On 3-12-Mrs*** called and said she had a tire go flat while driving overnight. We went to her home with a portable air tank at 9am and inflated the tire to drive back to our service department. The tire was not driven on by Best Buy Auto Sales under inflated. There was damage to the tire when the mechanic arrived to pick up the vehicle that morning. Once inside our service department we found different pieces of metal appearing to be old rusty nails. This time however they were in the RIGHT rear tire not the left that was plugged on 3-11-16. We once again attempted to plug the tire at the customers request but were unable to plug it due to safety issues with the size of the hole. As a good business would do, we offered to put on a new tire free of charge on the labor end if the customer agreed to purchase a new tire at our wholesale cost. The customer, Mrs*** agreed to this solution and we sent our mechanic to pick up her new tire. After he left to pick up the new tire, her ex-husband called and said we needed to cover the cost of the tire. We explained to him that we could not cover the cost of the tire, there was no warranty on a tire especially one that had ran over metal objects. He then stated he was on his way to our location to make us put a tire on the vehicle. At this point we will no longer offer any help on tire repair or replacement. All tires were in like new condition and passed New York State inspection as well as the horn which was in working condition when Mrs*** picked up her vehicle

The vehicle in question has no warranty. We have agreed to repair the horn if there was any further issues with that concern. This repair will have to be completed by 4/30/2016. We will not replace/repair any tires that come back with foreign objects in them a month after the sale of the vehicle. We have spoken with the Department of Motor Vehicles about these issues as well and they understand the warranty period has been exceeded. Furthermore, the vehicle in question has been listed on a local for sale website. The add reads: Blue *** *** *** Excellent Condition SUV Automatic, RWD, 137,miles 21-23mpg city and highway 25-mpg, power locks, power windows, Remote Starter with two key mods, airbag driver, airbag passenger, anti theft, power steering, anti lock brakes, rear window defroster, rear window wiper, air conditioner, cd player and stereo, cruise control asking or best offerReduced to dollarsIt clearly states the vehicle in in EXCELLENT CONDITIONhttp://***.***.org

I have done nothing but waste time, effort and money on this whole ordeal.  I have two other people, besides myself who have experienced the same problem as I with this vehicle, one of them has been a vehicle mechanic for 40 years.  I was asked if he could say what was wrong and no he can’t because he didn’t look into the things a mechanic would because it’s not his responsibility.  I have told Best Buy I do not want this vehicle but they seem to think I like going out of my way WHEN I SHOULD NOT HAVE TOO! I work 3 jobs and I’m a single mom I don’t have time to run all over for them.  Something is wrong and it needs to be fixed.  Furthermore I owe the first payment on March 7, however I’m having a hard time justifying making a monthly payment on a car that I have only had for 6 days total since I purchased it on the 5th of February.
