are guaranteed for 90 days. As this service was performed 10 months ago, it would not longer be under a service warranty. I am rejecting this response because:1. Best Buy has not taken steps to actually fix their process, which is grossly negligent. I spoke with a Best Buy representative today, and she noted the reason why our dishwasher was not delivered (even though we paid for the dishwasher and scheduled an install 4 times, where Best Buy just never showed up or called us), was because the order for the dishwasher was never actually placed. As of today, it had still not been actually placed! This is grossly negligent, especially considering Best buy charged our credit card for the purchase over 1 month ago. We should really also be getting reimbursed for interest incurred on our credit card related to this purchase.2. We have not received the $[redacted] credit, and thus the matter is resolved until Best Buy follows through on at least 1 deliverable to us. We were told it was being sent to us 9 days ago, and I would not expect it to take longer than that to be delivered.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Best Buy has a service call for the washer and dryer for 10/22/2015 and 10/24/2015.
Geek Squad did send out a third party servicer on February 2014 to look at dryer but no...

fault was found and the customer has only called recently to request service.
Best Buy does not reimburse for any electricity consumed by appliances but the customer can submit a form to request laundry reimbursement which is a benefit of the plan purchased with the washer and dryer. The benefit amount and other coverage information can be found on the terms and conditions of the plan which we have provided a link below.

I have been in touch with Eric the general manager of the Best Buy Store. He iw working with [redacted] in coming to an amicable solution for everyone involved. I have heard and accept Best Buy's proposal for fixing it on their end, and am waiting to hear from [redacted] on their part.

Derald w/Social Media requested a refund check on 9/20 for $100. Steve (my senior) requested a $100 Gift Card on 9/1. There is no further solution offered and no further Revdex.com review required for this issue. Best Buy firmly closes this Revdex.com case.

I am rejecting this response because: It is completely non-responsive to my complaint.  As I bought the device from Best Buy, I believe it is Best Buy's responsibility to "activate the order with the Verizon service plan."  The response does not explain why the 'carrier financed plan" was not properly processed.

I am rejecting this response because: the term consumable is subjective and can sway either way erring on the side of the merchant or the customer.  And I feel best buy is discriminating against me due to my appearance in this case as i've witnessed several times associates taking back returns from clients without receipts, and they happened to be caucasian.
