Best Comfort Heating & Cooling is an outstanding company unlike any I've dealt with before In this extreme cold weather we've been having, my furnace didn't seem like it was heating like it should I called Trey and he pretty much knew the problem probably was with my filter and he suggested I check the filter However, I asked if he could come check the filter and the furnace and he was more than glad to do it Other companies I've dealt with in the past wouldn't have even taken the time to discuss with me what a potential problem could have been let alone come to my home in the quick time frame Trey did As suspected, the problem was the filter was too thick for my new furnace which was installed by Best Comfort Heating & Cooling Trey gave me a recommendation for the proper filter to use and the furnace is running perfectly again It is rare to find a company with the business ethnic Trey and Best Comfort Heating & Cooling represent I highly recommend this company!!

I HAVE A GREAT STORY AND EXPERIENCE TO MENTIONAT AROUND 10:30PM, MY HEATER WENT OUTTEMPERATURE WAS BELO FREEZING, I HAVE CHILDREN AND THE HOUSE IS GETTING COLD FASTIM PRETTY HANDY SO I BEGAN MY DIAGNOSTICS ON THE HVAC SYSTEMFOUND THAT THE IGNITER WAS NOT KICKING ON TO LIGHT THE GASI REMOVED IT AND SURE ENOUGH THE IGNITER HAD A TINY CRACK THAT WOULD NOT ALLOW CURRENTI LOOKED UP THE PART ON THE INTERNET AND IT WOULD TAKE 2-DAYS TO GET TO MY HOMEI NEED HEAT NOW!!!I SEARCHED *** FOR HOUR SHOPS AND I FOUND BEST COMFORTI CALLED THE NUMBER AND A VERY KNOWLEDGABLE GENTLEMAN ANSWERED THE PHONE I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND HE NEW WHAT I NEEDEDI WAS HIS LAST CALLINSTEAD OF SAYING NO TO ME HE SAID I WILL BE RIGHT OVER WITH THE PARTWHAAAAATTTTTT!!!! I Highly recommend Best Comfort Heating & Cooling for heating problems!!! We encountered a very serious issue with our furnace.....there was a cracked heat exchanger emitting high levels of CO into the air.....SCARY to say the leastBy the grace of God I came across Best Comfort Heating and Cooling and immediately called themTrey the owner was extremely helpful and very understanding, he took the time to explain to me about furnaces, I could tell that he truly cared about my Families well being A new furnace was picked up that day and was installed the next day....without ever meeting Trey! Called Best Comfort in a cold panic, the furnace was not working, prompt dispatch service scheduled me for a 4:- 5:service, they showed up at 4:01, got right to work, offered all options and recommendations, since the furnace was 16yrs old we decided to replace it....Lloyd hopped in the truck right away, picked up the new unit, while Matt stayed behind to start taking apart the old one, they worked from 4:until the job was done and the heat was blowing and we were satisfied The team was prompt, direct, offered all options, and took care of the mess It was about 15' that day, and Lloyd said, "if you guys aren't warm, I'm not leaving"
He seemed proud to the job and confident in his work
