Need furnace repairs? My advice is to bypass Best Comfort and keep looking. Worst experience. After our furnace went out we called for emergency, after-hours service. We were told by the dispatcher that a service tech would be to our house in two hours. Three and a half hours later, the tech arrived. He spent four hours "fixing" the furnace. At the end, he told me I was all set. As I handed over the $550 for the service call and "repair," my furnace stopped working. The tech said, "Hmm I guess it wasn't the flame sensor." A second repair tech came out and delivered the news that I had to buy a new furnace. They offset the cost of the new furnace by $550 which I had already paid. They arrived the next day to install my furnace, spent three and a half hours working, put in a brand new unit, said I was all set and left. An hour later, the house is still freezing. The new furnace runs constantly but the temperature has not gone up a degree. Not the best situation for the middle of winter. All Best Comfort could say is that there must be a problem and they'll come out to take a look at it in a few hours. I'm out $3200+ without a functioning furnace. I cannot recommend Best Comfort to anyone. I suggest looking elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

Heating was not working properly for almost a week and after trouble shooting on-line I was unable to fix the heat. After calling I was pleasantly surprised to find that the technicians arrived merely an hour after I called. The lead technician, Lloyd, was intelligent and very helpful. He immediately knew what the issue was and when it was an issue I could have a friend take care of he did not seem offended or putt-off that I offered to have the work done by a friend. After this experience I will definitely be calling Lloyd [redacted] for all of my future heating and cooling needs. Excellent and fast service.

Provided excellent service and really went out of their way. Came home from vacation to find 88 degrees in the house, tested and found that the start capacitor for the compressor had failed. Trey delivered the part, for a minimal fee, at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Great experience and definitely recommend.

Last winter on an extremely cold and snowy night with a little baby at home our heat went out. Best Comfort came out within an hour to get our heat working! They were fast and accommodating at 9:00 at night. Prices were reasonable and Trey was very helpful.

Fantastic company to do business with. Starting having issues with my air conditioner so I did a [redacted] search for air conditioner repair in [redacted], IL. Best comfort was the first to come up......and, after reading a bunch positive reviews, I knew that they were the right choice. Trey personally came to my home to make sure that I knew what was going on. Truthfully though, Tom (my installer) was the person who made my experience an exceptional one. His attention to detail.....his desire to make sure that I was satisfied and his drive to ensure my total satisfaction is exactly why I am writing this review. This is a very personal review for me! We were one of the owner's first customers. He and his crew stayed at our home until late into the night getting everything just right installing our HVAC system. He has kept in touch with us ever since whenever there is an issue (which has been only a couple of times, standard things that wear out) and have been prompt and personable. I seriously love this man's heart for his business and his customers. He has always done absolutely right by us and we will always use him and his business now and in the future. When you hire this company you hire him and that matters.

I was happy to have best comfort out to service my home, I had not checked them on the Revdex.com before I called them out, but looking over the Revdex.com and the time lines, if they made changes in the company since the complaint dates it shows.

They were super friendly and very honest and up front with there work, I was not taken back by the price either, I felt it was fair. They were a pleasure to do business with.

My Tech was Tom S. Got my air conditioner up and running when last year four seasons told me it was doomed and I needed a new one for almost $5,000.00
Well I don't need a new one and it was not expensive to fix this one.
I called based on reviews and I am happy to say they were accurate.

I called Best Comfort on a very cold day, and Trey came out very quickly. He was extremely nice and easy to talk to. He had all the parts in his truck and the service was done quickly and professionally. I would call the again and even tell everyone that Trey was awesome!!!

My furnace went out yesterday and I called the previous repair person and received no call back. I looked online and found Best Comfort and the website stated that they were open 24/7. I called at 11 am Saturday morning and was told that a tech would be out between 2-3 pm on Saturday afternoon. Trey showed up within the hour time frame and checked out the furnace. He explained what was wrong and stated that my best option would be to replace my furnace. I knew the furnace was older but not sure how old as I just moved in the house two years ago. Trey was very nice and explained everything and answered all the questions that I had. Trey stated that they could come and replace my furnace on Monday. He fixed it so that it would run until Monday. About an hour and half after he left, the dispatch office called and stated that a tech could come out and replace the furnace between 6-7 pm Saturday night. Brian [redacted] was the tech that came out to replace the furnace. It took him about 3 1/2 hours to replace the furnace. He explained the warranty, cleaned up his mess and checked to make sure that the furnace was working properly. Both technicians and the dispatch were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate their commitment to customer service.

We met Trey of Best Comfort as a customer in our Auto Shop at the same time unknown to Trey, our heat was out.
After we pulled in his van and read the logos, it seemed as if it was a blessing in our loby.
We thought to ask but we were waiting on our regular service provided to come once again for the I dont know how many times this winter.

So we asked, and he had no problem with taking a look at it.
If 2 minutes later, he comes back to his truck grabs a small part, pops it in and we are heating up!

Great experience! Our a/c was broken and they completely replaced the unit in less than 24 hours. Very personable and professional people. I would definitely recommend them.
