Worst company ever!!! Rude on the phone, very rude at our home, either do not show for appointment or show up at 8:pm hours late! We had to fight with them for weeks to get dishwasher repaired and warranty company gave us a new companyThe new company came in and said the repair Best electronics had claimed they replaced and charge the warranty company forHad never actually been replacedTheir company is guilty of fraud! This company is all tricks Claim Date 07/11/ 07/17/ They came to look after a refrigerator That was not working properly and stated that nothing was wrong Refrigerator still not working properly in that it cuts off, defrost and then come on again i.e thermostat problem 07/21/ Called them and they said that they will get the part in on Monday or Tuesday 07/24/ Called all day about times and no on picks up the phone 7/25/ Called and left message about timesno answer or return of calls

This company is a joke! Best Electronics repaired two television sets for me about three months ago charging me $for there service, they then gave me a receipt and told me the work was warranty for one monthHowever two weeks later one of the television stopped working ,I then contacted Best Electronics to make them aware of the problem, they told they would send some one out that week , no one came that week so I continued to call to have someone come out but they would put me on hold and not come back to the phone eventually they sent some one out about two months after the repairthe gentleman came and he said he could not touch the TV because it was on the wall, I said ok I will contact my brother and have him help me lift the TV off the wall and asked if he can come back tomorrow to collect the TV which he agreed to Since that day I am calling and I am getting the run around I contact Best Electronics today at [redacted] to speak to the owner Mr [redacted] and was told that I cant spe

Poor service and bad attitude
On Dec 12, Best Electronics responded to a service problem on a built in microwave oven The oven was covered by an extended warranty program Best arrived and after troubleshooting said they would have to order partsTwo weeks later on Dec 27, scheduled a return visit on Jan to repair Tech replaced part and still has problem Have to order more parts Three weeks later Jan parts are in Revisit on Jan After minutes in the kitchen, Tech called me in Said he could not continue repair because my cabinet was broken A trim piece underneath the oven was snapped off He said I would have to sign a release to absolve them of any responsibility for the damaged cabinet for them to continue work I stated that the cabinet was not broken prior to their visit and that they must have broken it trying to remove the oven for repair They said they did not remove the oven yet They had removed the oven part way because they had screws an

Best Electronics hired by Choice Warranty to repair my stove and refund back a $service fee upon coming to repair said item - no show
Best Electronics was hired by Choice Warranty to repair my oven and refund back $of service fee from $paid on 10-29- I have not heard back from this company and they have not repaired my stove I tried calling the company and they don't answer their phone and their mailbox is full The holidays are fast approaching and my oven is not fixed This is not a professional company and Choice Warranty and the company should be ashamed of themselves I would not recommend using this company at all they are not professional, honest or reliable

I had different scheduled appointments, made through my warranty company for repairsNO one showed up for any of the appointmentsWe were unable to reach any one at the business before the scheduled times or after the scheduled timesWhen I would call the number I would either get hung up on or get no answerBut someone would call me back and very rudely act like they didn't know what I was talking about! Home Depot set up an appointment with this company (Best Electronic) to come and repair my Samsung refrigerator The first thing he (must be the owner) said to me was "You're too far and I don't want to come over.." This is not the company you want to call for repairs They do not show up for appointments .They diagnose your problem without coming to inspect and they do not call to let you know that they are not coming Very unprofessional

Rudest most uneducated service tech I've ever experienced
We have an LG refrigerator that is no longer cooling In fact, it is actually HEATING the refrigerator and freezer compartments As such, rather than wast coal-powered electricity, we unplugged the unit anticipating the tech's arrival
Imagine our surprise when he arrived and admonished us for having unplugged the unit two days ago
The last time a tech from this SAME company serviced this unit, his first step was to UNPLUG the unit and re-plug it to ensure it reset any errors that had occurred prior to his diagnostics
Once it was plugged back in, he declined to run the unit's diagnostic self test and simply had me feel the the condenser was vibrating That for him was evidence enough that everything was working properly
I asked him politely if he had a laser thermometer to which he said he did but he refused to gauge the input / output air temps When I said that if the output air was the same temp as the i

My theory..These people are running a scam on the warranty company they collect fromThey are signing the completion documents themselves and submitting them for payment from ATM Warranty CorpThey are submitting multiple claims for parts and time spent on each "repair" while "Techs" drive around town visiting peoples homes and effectively kicking the tires on the things they are repairing

This company has terrible customer service The technician did not show up for the first appt Was very late for the second Did not have the needed parts and had to schedule a third appt Part was put in and after first use (washing machine pump) my washer began rattling like it was going to explode My husband looked at the issue and discovered the pump was not the correct model and was not seated correctly When he called and tried to explain they needed a different part before coming back they argued with him and said it was not available My husband found the part online so they do still make it Company person had a terrible attitude They do not care about the customer because when appliances break it is never a convenient time so they have you at their mercy Do Not Use This Company!
