My dryer went out and the service center started a claim and Best Electronics was the vendor that they chose to come out and do the repairsI have been going back and forth with them to get my dryer repaired and still hasn't been repairedThis started back on 09/08/the company was scheduled come out I receive a phone call from them that morning on that day asking what was the issue with the dryerI advised it wouldn't start at all they advised that the part had to be orderedI said okay and then they rescheduled my repair date to 09/16/they couldn't make it on that date due to the fact that the city of Atlanta was affected by the rain storm and that pushed a lot of the repair dates behindI was fine with that but days went by with no call from the vendor about the next available time they could come out to do the repairsI called several times 09/19, 09/and this is with the company and the service center still no resolutionOn 09/spoke with Best Electronics and was g

Our Dishwasher has been broken since Oct Technician was to come out on Nov 2, but instead of coming to my house, I received a call from the technicianHe asked me what was wrong with the dishwasherWhen I told him the issues, he said it sounded like the motor and they would need to order the part before they come out
I waited weeksReceived no call about the part coming inI called several times and either got a full mailbox or no one would answerWhen I finally got an answer, they put me on the scheduleno shows and rescheduled appointments later, they finally come outInstead of repairing the motor, the tech changes out the grinderHe doesn't speak to us , or give any information of what the issue wasHe was on his phone the entire timeAfter "fixing" it, he starts the DW, it runs a few seconds and then he leaves

Horrible customer, spoke with two people name Luke and Timothy who claim to be managersBoth were very unprofessional and wanted to argue and debate with me about the reason why they no showed for an appointment that was scheduled between the hours of 1-6pmand gave a reason stating the part wasn't in , when fedex shows the part came in days prior to my appointment based on the tracking number I receivedTimothy who claimed to be a manager, which I fine it hard to believe considering his unprofessionalism.I wouldn't be surprise if these guys are the same, because it's hard to believe it could be more than one manager acting with such a negative demeanor and being so debatableI wouldn't recommend these people to repair my dog, dog house

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVEDThis company if you can call it that was hires by *** *** in order to fix my *** RefrigeratorThey came to my house on three different occasions and fixed nothingThe first time they used a hair dryer to defrost my fridgeThe second time they told us the pots were to big and we need to reduce our food downA few months later we had the same issue with the fan making noiseWe once again called them and they said they know what the problem is and they will come out to fix it on Sundaythey never showed and it was rescheduled for the next TuesdayWe talked to them and the said they would arrive between 6-PMWe said ok and guess what they called at 9:to say they could not make it until midnight did we want to reschedule for FridayI declined but we have been told we have to use them because they have the parts which they have had for weeksThese people are rude, unprofessional, and very dishonestI have no intention of allowing them to ever return to my houseIf you are ever given them as an option your better off paying for the repairs on your ownHorrible Company

We had a warranty from Brandsmart and this company was booked to do the repairI was given the run around for NINE weeks!!! Every excuse under the sun from the parts did not arrive, you were not scheduled today, we tried to call you, and can the repair man come at midnight! Audra K*** and her band of not so merry men are a complete and utter waste of timeI don't know when their moral compass went due south and their integrity fell off a cliff but this charade has been going on far too long and Brandsmart is well aware of this mayhem and foolishness and don't care! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

I said yes!!! I sat up until 11:and no show!
