I loved how you kept me up to date on when the part was to arrive After a rough start and misunderstanding with the appointment gal, everything was as promised! My AC was fixed perfectly
Do not use this companyTheir follow up was horrible when I requested a change to the quote and deposit I gave themAfter weeks of phone calls and emails they finally got me a new quote and told me no problem with my change
They showed up three hours late and where still setting up after our event startedThe tent they set up was done incorrectly and I am not sure they had ever cleaned the bounce house they broughtThey told me the bounce house I was supposed to get was stollen the day beforeThe tables were *** as well
***'s Mechanical has provided two separate, high quality heat-pump units for our cooling zone home The staff and technicians are wonderful to deal with, and minor adjustments or resets have been handled quickly and professionally The cost of the systems were more than standard heating/cooling systems, but as promised by ***, we have made up the extra cost with much lower energy bills Highly recommend *** Mechanical to anyone needing help with air conditioning equipment
They got the job done! Rebecca, Misti, and Amy went above and beyond to get our heater problem approved by AHS and fixed quickly ahead of freezing temps. Steve showed up on time and completed the repairs swiftly. Great job everyone!
I am very pleased with the service that was provided by Cote's Mechanical. Both of my air conditioners went out at the same time. They were extremely helpful in getting them up a running again.
Professional, knowledgeable and timely. They fixed our issue (heat pump) as quickly as possible, keeping in mind our schedule and bad weather in the forecast. Would recommend
