Very happy with service. I came back from vacation on Friday and realized at 4:45 PM my AC was not working. I called the office and a technician was there by 7 PM.
We appreciated the timeliness of the technician and how he answered all our questions. He let us know what was wrong and how he fixed it. He also answered other questions we had about different services we could receive. Very pleased with our service.
I have had my system for going on three years now and I purchased the maintance / service package and I can say they truly care about the performance of my system my past experience with other companies was rated about a 3 Cotes gets a 9 for service and customer service and I enjoy having no worries when it's 102 degrees outside ððð»
The Tech Michael was very polite and courteous. He was able to figure out the issue and fix in under 30 mins.He also provided helpful maintenance information.
Cotes Mechanical was very responsive when our A/C malfunctioned and fix the problem right away without delay! TJ provided excellent service. He was timely, identified the problem expeditiously, and repaired the unit promptly. I was very impressed and pleased with this service ... Especially with temperatures over 100 degrees this week. I liked how Cote's called me back so promptly. They were able to schedule an appointment faster than I thought. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgable and really seem to like helping people. That's refreshing.
I've used Cotes Mechanical since 2005. They check my HVAC every six months and I've very few problems. The staff is very courteous, they arrive on time and take care of the issue. I highly recommend Cotes Mechanical.

I've tried a couple other companies, but then have to call [redacted]'s to get a real fix. Apparently I have never asked a dumb question; I always get very useful answers and advice toward prolonging the service of my units.
