Review: Web store advertised same day shipping of in-stock item and guaranteed 2 to 3 day delivery time. Four days have passed and no delivery. I spoke with the business and asked my order payment be refunded. I did not receive the refund.Desired Settlement: Refund payment.

Review: Purchase made January 14, 2016 via internet for SKU item ARKKIT4 103 Arkansas 4 Stone Kit, 10x3 $359.95

The items did not arrive in a timely manner and all calls to his phone service yeilded nothing. I did some footwork and came up with the owners fax # and faxwd him my complaint. The owner, Mr [redacted], claimed my product got in the wrong bin and he would send it out the next day. Unlike before the tracking # was "live" meaning my purchase had left his place of business 10 days late. When the items arrived I opend them and found the "soft" Arkansas stone broken. I sent Mr. [redacted] an email and this is what he said"

I'll send you another one tomorrow morning. I'll put a return label in the box. You can just take your new stone out of the box, put the return stone in that box, seal it and give it to your postman or drop it off at your local post office.

Absolutely nothing has happened (please note the date and time)Desired Settlement: Mr [redacted] and Best Sharpening Stones are one and the same. Mr. [redacted] needs to do exactly as he said he would do,as noted on the "problem" page.

Mr [redacted] and his business have accrued 12 complaints in 12 months. Clearly someone should question his ability to keep his word.

Review: I placed an order on Order Date : 11/19/2014 1:37:00 PM and it took payment on that date from my card which I payed for 2-4 day shipping and on 11/24/2014 I sent an email asking if it had been sent and got no response from there company.So the next day I called them on the phone and got there answering service and they took my number( which they already had) and they told me they would have [redacted] call me but he never did. I have given them 6 phone calls and each time I get there answering service and tell them to call but they wont call back. After 4 emails I told them to consul my order in an email I sent to them but still they wont respond.

Review: Typical of so many other Revdex.com complaints already filed. Purchased product online at the business website, money paid through [redacted]. Shipping and tracking information was received by email. Tracking information yields nothing more than a 'label has been created'. Product was never shipped or received. Business (AKA: Michael P**) never responded to email or telephone inquiries to account for non-delivery. Fortunately I paid through [redacted] so there is a chance I will see my money returned. Beware this business and the fraud they are conducting!Desired Settlement: Business should suffer litigation, fines and should be shut down due to fraudulent and illegal activity.

Review: On June 12, 2013, I purchased a product from this company and paid via instant pay pal payment. The website indicated that the product was in stock and that shipping would be same day, with 2-3 day delivery. After not receiving the product for more than a week, I began calling and e-mailing the company. The company does not have a telephone, the 800 number listed is a so-called "answering service." The answering service is useless and the multiple messages I left were not returned. My multiple e-mails were not responded to, despite several offers to work with the seller to secure the shipment. I have addressed this issue by creating a claim with Paypal and the seller has not responded to that either. The fact that the seller is still permitted to conduct business in New Jersey and interstate is apalling.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of my money.

Review: I ordered the 8" 4 stone Arkansas hone set but received the three stone. The difference in price being $72. I have tried emailing them through two different email, including directly to Mike the owner, as well as calling and through [redacted] When I called, I was told they'd have Mike call me. Two weeks later, nothing.Desired Settlement: I'd like the 8" translucent Arkansas stone I ordered. If not, I want the $72 difference.

Review: I ordered a Chef's Choice Knife Sharpener on 12/11/2013 for my son for Christmas at a cost of $149.95; which was taken out on my credit card on 12/11/2013. My order number is #[redacted]. As of today, 1/1/2014, the sharpener has not been received at its destination. I have tried numerous times to contact this company by phone, fax, and e-mail. I have yet to get a response.

The phone number listed on their website, ###-###-####, is an answering service. I have talked to these people so many times about this situation, they know me by name. I am at my wit's end, and don't know what else to do.

Review: I order products from them on 9/27/15 and they were shipped on 9/28/15 with a [redacted] mail label (2-3 day delivery) and have not yet received them. My [redacted] tracking number indicates that it is still in Summit, NJ and has not moved. I've tried to contact the company 3 times by phone and 1 time through an email too try to get this resolved but have received absolutely no communication from them at all. My Credit Card shows a transfer of funds on 9/29/15.Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid for delivered to my house!

Review: I purchased a sharpening stone with a 'lifetime' warranty on the 13/Aug/2008 and it has started to lose its diamond grit and I would like to return the stone to claim a warranty and have the stone replaced of which the site states it will ??? I contacted the business and at first I received a reply asking for the transaction/payment details of which I supplied as they could not find it in their records and since I can't get a reply to further emails and when I rang their international line all I get is a engaged/disconnected tone ??? I have sent several emails asking if they will honor their warranty but still receive nothing in return ???

All I want is the service that they state they supply and to have the faulty stone replaced under their lifetime warranty ???Desired Settlement: Please contact me with a shipping address to return the stone I have that has failed to stand up and a new replacement sent out !!! Just honor the customer service that you say you offer !!!

Review: The company processed a credit card charge on November 8, 2014 and failed to deliver the product. The product was promised with 2/3 day shipping and never arrived. The [redacted] shipping label was created according to an email on November 8 from [redacted] but a and a tracking number was not issued. A dozen calls to [redacted] at Best Sharpening Stones and four emails were placed to his email address. There were no return calls or emails. My checking account has been charged in the amount of $51.97.Desired Settlement: Total refund.

Review: He made an online purchase to best sharpening stones in July and was paid right through [redacted] July 8, 2015 the total amount was $185.85 and debited my credit card number on the order is [redacted] when the postman gives me the package informs me that the package arrived empty and deteriorateddeteriodado Puerto Rico and was received without the goods purchased did manage to send a statement to the best sharpening stone company in writing to the person michael p** and department customer service day 15,16 and 20 July were sent pictures of the package so they could see the deterioration of the same name are also but the reality of it is that not even an email to notify me that going to do with my case I received from the company.It was assumed that the goods purchased out this was inside the package 1 dmt 8 inch, d8c-325-grit item # dmt-d8 $ 47.95, 1 dmt d8me 4000 grit item # dmt d8me $78.951 DMT diamond sharpening steel, kit-600 plus 1200 item # ds2 $ 58.95 I not really know what else to expect a prompt cooperation of the company and solution of this problem.Desired Settlement: given the bad experience we have had desire to please me return the money to my credit card.

Review: I placed a order on 04/25/2014, this company states clearly on their web page 2-3 day standard delivery same day shipping, after about 3 weeks of waiting I began to email and call this so called company. To this date I have not been contacted by Best Sharpening Stones in regards to delay of my product, and when you call, all they have is a "answering service" with no available customer service . I called ten times and emailed 5 times.Desired Settlement: I either want a refund for the product I already paid for which has not been received or send me product that's roughly 10 weeks late.

Review: Ordered a Norton 4000/8000 Sharpening Stone on July 22nd 2015 for $87.90 ($78.95 and $8.95 shipping). Received a confirmation email of the order that day. Paid with a debit/[redacted] money was taken out of the account on July 23rd 2015. Later that day I received an email from Mr. P** saying my product had shipped, and giving a [redacted] tracking number for the package. I received the package on July 24th, and opened it to find that I had been sent the wrong product (a 220/1000 grit Norton Sharpening Stone, sold by Mr. P[redacted] business for $42.95). I emailed Mr. P** that day and received a response Saturday, July 25th. Mr. P** stated in his email that he would "get the 4000/8000 with a return label off to [me] Monday morning." On Wednesday, July 29th I sent another email asking for confirmation that the product I ordered and paid for had been sent along with a return label. To date I have not received the product I paid for, a return label, or a refund in the amount of $87.90 and Mr. P** has not responded to any of my attempts to contact him.Desired Settlement: Refund the $87.90 and send me a return label so that I can return the 220/1000 grit stone I received.

Review: I ordered a Norton 4000/8000 grit waterstone. The product was shipped and received the first week of October; however, it was the wrong product. I received a 1000/4000 grit stone. I attempted to contact the company through their email address provided on their website and phone number numerous times since then but never received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my ordered product and cost of shipping old product back to company.
