Review: We ordered $400 worth of product which was deducted from my sons'a bank account on October 5 2014 but have yet to receive the product. My son has left 2 messages and I have left 6 messages plus sent an email. We have yet to get a phone call and/or an email back as to why we have not received the order.Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call from the company to let me know when we can expect the merchandise or would like a refund if they can't send it in a desired length of time.

Review: I purchased products from the company's website which promotes Same Day Shipping for orders placed by 2pm EST! and fast deliveries. The products I ordered were in stock according to the same website. The Order was placed August 26th and my Credit Card was charged the full amount. The order number is [redacted]. The items were for a Birthday present which happened 2 weeks ago. I have attempted to contact the company nearly daily via their answering service and the contact e-mail from the website. I have yet to speak to a company representative and am now concerned that the company is no longer.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to contact me about the status of my order and to confirm that the order will be sent or to arrange a cancelation and credit applied to my card.

Review: I placed an order for a whetstone kit on August 5, 2014 and have still not received it on August 19. The company's website states that items ship the same day and will usually be delivered in 2-3 days. No response has been received after multiple attempts to contact the seller by phone and email. My credit card was billed immediately upon purchase but I have not received my merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would like my order fulfilled.

Review: February 17, 2014 I purchased and paid for 1 unit of Norton IM313 and 2 unit of Large Paddle Strop for a total of $ 264.85

I never received the goods dispite my several telephone calls to the number showed in their web page ###-###-#### that is an answering service.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the items I paid for.

Review: I made a purchase on 1/16/14 it is now 2/24/214. My order is still not completed. Numerous emails and calls with no response from seller. Website 'guarantees' same day shipping if before a certain time, and with 2-3 day delivery. This is a horrible business. Purchase was significant also, around 480 dollars. This is really unacceptable. Worst business I have ever 'tried' to deal with, as they have yet responded to me.Desired Settlement: This place shouldn't be allowed to operate. I understand problems arise in a business, but its simple to keep your customer informed. I am going to work with my bank to get my money back.

Review: I purchased a set of sharpening stones on the businesses web site on May 28, 2015. The site promised delivery in 2-3 days. The product was purchased with a [redacted] the total was $207.80. I received a email from the business saying the order had been shipped and included a [redacted] tracking number. On June 3-4 I had not received the product and looked up the [redacted] tracking number, it showed a label had been printed but NOTHING was ever shipped. I placed 8 calls to the business over several days. I still received NO RESPONSE and NO PRODUCTS. I called [redacted] and they said they would look into it on their end. I looked on the internet and there are alot of similar complaints on line about the same situation with this same business.Desired Settlement: Some sort of communication form the company and a reassurance that a FULL refund is processed for never fulfilling my ordered or returning any calls.

Review: I purchased a product from this company such as a [redacted] ) for 149.95. I received the item and it was missing one of the products which was the 220/1000 stone. I called the company the next day on June 13th left a message with the answering service. On june 15th I called again and the answering service gave me a hard time and then took my info once again. On June 15th I emailed the company to ask for a response back.

With out this stone the cost of the kit should be dramatically less and without this stone I cannot use the kit. All I want it the stone or a refund and I can send back the remaining

products.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like the remaining stone that was not included with the kit. If the stone cannot be shipped please send me postage to mail back the incomplete kit.

Review: I received my order short 1 item. Despite calling 3 times and emailing them 3 times I have yet to get a response back. The lady that answers says she will have someone call me but no one ever does.Desired Settlement: You need to make right on this either refund me the money or send me the stone you shorted me.

Review: On May 11th 2015, I purchased merchandise from the Best Sharpening Stones' website ([redacted] amounting to $179.95. I received an email the following day from someone by the name of Michael P** indicating that my purchase had shipped via [redacted] that included a tracking number, however when I went to check the status using the tracking number it indicated that it had not shipped, and only a label was created. Over the course of the next week, I would check, but the merchandise never shipped. I emailed the company twice, and have heard nothing back. I called the company and was told by the customer service rep. that it would be dealt with and that they would call me back. They have not done so.Desired Settlement: Either deliver my order or refund the money. It's that simple. I don't understand how a business can claim to ship something only to have the shipping tracking number indicate otherwise over the course of a month.

Review: Bought this product and was promised a 2-3 day delivery to no avail.Attempted contact 9 times, also to no avail.This company has 30 or more complaints against it, avoid it. Thank God for[redacted]Desired Settlement: Give me my money back, quit your business and quit doing people wrong!!!
