Best Tech is NOT a [redacted] Support company [redacted] verified that to me today, On 0815, I downloaded Windows onto my laptopMy icon screen started flickering madlyA quickly look on my Kindle for [redacted] tech support and called a number that I swore was [redacted] tech supportI talked to a woman name JennyShe told me that my IP address was compromised and that all of my laptops, my androids, and my kindle were compromised, and that my laptop was crashingShe said a firewall needed to be installed and that I had malfunctions on my computerI no nothing about computers, and thinking I was talking to a certified [redacted] tech, I agreedShe quickly pulled up a screen with some company name on them, and selected Best Tech 247, saying they could help me for $ (I later found out that Jenny works for Best Tech 247)An hour later, my computer was 'fixed', and before I hung up happily thinking all was fixed and that I saved my electronic stuff from ruins, I was told that my [redacted] Security was not compatible with Windows About 1/hour later, I relayed this to my husband, and he said no, that [redacted] was compatible with Windows I quickly downloaded this, which lead to my husband immediately getting a notice from [redacted] that there was a problem with our accountHe called [redacted] and we discussed what had happenedThey were granted access to our computers and quickly discovered that since Best Tech had 'fixed' the problem, my husband's laptop had literally thousands of blocked warnings on it [redacted] looked at my computer and discovered that most of my new Windows functions were disabledThey put us in contact with Volcy PC Support who charged us to fix, but they are a legit companyI contacted [redacted] and I will dispute any payment, the FTC, and the Attorney Generals of New York and VirginiaToday I filled out a [redacted] Support Scam and had it verified by [redacted] that Best Tech has no affiliation with [redacted] Repeat: Best Tech HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH [redacted]

The customer was not contacted by our company after his services were cancelled in the month of JuneThe call that he received may have been from some one else or from some other company.We do not have any valid support or association with the customer as his services were cancelled after he requested us to cancel the services and refund his moneyKindly be informed that the customer has not been contacted by us and would never be contacted by our company in future as wellRegards, Best Tech Team

Hi, There seems to be some misunderstanding regarding this incidentThe customer was never contacted by anyone from our company and most likely it seems to be some scam caller who called the customer and asked for moneyThe customer still has a valid subscription with our company and can utilize it whenever they have any trouble with the computer As far as refund is concerned, the customer has been using the services from past several months and as per our refund policy, the customer is eligible for a refund within days of initial service contractRegards, Best Tech 247Tell us why here
