Best Value Vacs

I do not usually do reviews on companies with the Revdex.com.. I had to write and express how happy I am as a customer of Best Value Vacs! Their customer service is second to none. It is a pleasure communicating with sales, tech support and even the owner.
They provide excellent products at a fair price and the best service period. Do not hesitate to do business with them, you will be satisfied with the products and service after the sale.

We have reached out to the customer. We also have had a claim open for the customer in our system and data base we are and have been more than willing to assist this customer with an exchange or full refund.

Customer contacted us on 7/5/16 in regards to his order and we offered refund to him for the coupon.

I am attempting to contact the customer to rectify the situation. The complaint that they filed isn't very clear and I have a couple questions for the customer so that I am able to assist them. I've had a few transactions with Best Value Vacs over the last year and a bit and I've got to say, they have impeccable customer service.

My most recent transaction was by far the most pleasant given the circumstance.

I had bought a new chamber and about a week after the warranty was up the chamber collapsed on itself breaking nearly every component.

I informed customer service of the situation and asked for a replacement.

To my surprise not only did they offer me an exact replacement but offered a alternative solution alongside.

Needless to say, they completely resolved my problem even though the warranty was up.

I am all the way up in the interior of British Columbia, Canada and will continue to spread the word about your guys' job well done way down in Illinois.
