Short version:

Entered shop wanting to buy a Nexus 6 64 Gb.

Being told orally that cost will be 590$

Give card

Asked to enter pin on PIN pad not showing price before 10s.

Wait to see price, see 1371.79, refuse to enter PIN explaining there is a mistake in price

Salesman still swipes my card and prints a receipt with 1371.79$ on it, asking me to sign it.

I refuse, explaining that I want to pay only the price of the phone.

I am explained that when I sign he will reimburse me of the difference. Also shows me that the receipts contains 'Transaction authorized' so I already lost the money, the only way to get some back is to sign the receipt.

So I sign the receipt.

Then I am explained that the final price is 1371.79 and includes some services I never asked for.

I try to cancel, stop the purchase but am being explained that all purchases are final.

Entered the shop and asking for a Nexus 6 64Gb.

I am presented a Nexus 6 32Gb. I have if they have the 64Gb version and am answered 'Yes'.

Then the salesman goes on with this 32Gb, let one of this colleages insert my SIM card into this 32Gb phone. At this point I tell again I don't want this phone I want the 64Gb version.

Then I am shown the 1371.79$ price and refuses to pay. The salesman explains this is the price of two phones; one 32Gb and one 64Gb. I answer I never asked for two phones but only the 64Gb version.

He tells me he understood; then explains me he will make me only pay 650$ (the price plus tax) and will reimbourse me 730$ if I sign the receipt.

So I sign the receipt and then he explaines me he has no 64Gb version, he thought that I meant I wanted a 32Gb phone with a 64Gb memory car I could plug to my computer to get additional storage. He also tells me at some point there is no 64Gb version of this phone. Then alos that it costs more than 1000$ to get this version.

I then say that I don't want to buy their phone this is not the product I asked for.

They explain they cannot do this as they "unlocked" it, which costs 199$. They tell me this is my mistake if they unlocked it.

I understand they will never refund anything. They tell me the 32Gb phone with the 64Gb memory card is mine but I cannot get my money back.

I tried getting reimbursed of the purchase and giving back everything I bought but they refused.Desired Settlement: To be refunded, I can also give back the Nexus 6 they made me purchase.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

This store is formed by a gang. I asked for an iPhone 5s and the thief told me $299,00 UNLOCKED. Ok, I ordered 3. Then, he swiped my 2 credit cards 3 times and the total amount was incredible $3300!!!!! One of the gang intimidated me to sign the receipts. I searched the police and them told me that nothing couldn't be done because it was not criminal. I came back in the store 3 times and they told me that was my fault and no refunds will be returned.

They are using the name BEST BUY WIRELESS to confuse the costumers.

My worst experience in NYC ever.

Review: I went to the store and asled to buy Iphone6 Plus 16gn Gold Version and he said yes its for 700$ I agreed to the price and told him to process the payment and gave my Debit Card, he told me to enter the PIN and I did and he changed the amount to 1278.72$ and I told him that he charged me wrong amount he said I put the pin so he approved it,but he cheated me saying the phone is 700$ and he placed an order for 1278.72$, and he denied to cancel the order to make any further change or for any sort of Returns. I checked the receipt and it says "If customer chooses not to Exchange customer will be issued a store credit. So I asked him to give me the credit of extra amount he charged and he denied and asked me to leave the store. I need help with this.Desired Settlement: I want Billing adjustment and Refund my 578.72$ which they charged extra to my account by cheating me and showing me false amount.

Review: This store scammed me and my brother with a phone by adding "unlocking fees" and another wortless fee that together became 220 dollars. They lied and told us that the fee was standard fees "also used by apple", which is not true since we went to apple store the very same day and asked. They also told us that we will get back the taxes after we leave the country, which is not true either. Also the taxes are not equal to what the phone and the fees really cost (8,875 % tax in NYC is not 103 dollars when you pay for something that cost 870 dollars. It should be 77,2 dollars.)

After arguing for a couple of hours about the price and the stupid fees, the phone didn't even work. The "unlocked" phone wasn't unlocked. We went back to the store and they told us to wait one more day. We did and it still didn't work. When we then asked for a full refund since they couldn't provide us with the asked product they became voilent and yelled to us that we had to shut up or they would throw us out of the store.Desired Settlement: We would like to have a total refund of this product since they lied to us about basically everything and then also became violent for a thing that they had messed up themselves. Bad service, scamming prices that trick people (like us) and then add fees without informing us at all.

Paid $100 to have an iPad screen replaced. The next day I pick it up an head to the airport. Using it while flying I notice the front screen coming off which is unacceptable. I call them the next day and the phone number on their business card is not working. I [redacted] the address and found this complaint site. Looks like I got screwed by a bunch of crooks.
