I ordered a recumbent bike for $339.19, they delivered my item to someone in ohio, I live in michigan. have yet to return my phone calls or emails
On april 9th I purchased a recumbent bike for $339. I was sent a false tracking number for an item delivered on April 18th to someone in ohio and I live in michigan. I have attempted to contact the seller, and I have yet to recieve a call back or a response to my email. I do believe I've been scammed and I want my money back
I would like a refund of my money since my item was delivered to Ohio

Due to the increase in orders two months ago, our staff was insufficient and many new people were recruited. They were not familiar with our order system, which caused the goods to be sent to the wrong address.
For this case we had issue full refund to the member two months ago
The status was completed
And we also contact the member before please check it

I bought a treadmill thinking it had an incline. All I wanted was to return & get a better treadmill for my new healthy journey. I called & emailed Sears & Bestselling to get no further than I was when I started!!

Regarding this order, we did not deceive the customer.
The customer may want to buy a treadmill with incline function,but our product title and information, there is no description with incline function, so we do not cheat customers.
After customer purchasing the product, the customer finds that the product does not have a incline function and wants to return the product, and the customer does not want to pay the return shipping cost
Please understand that if the product is without quality problems, we will not pay the shipping cost. This is the consequence of the customer not seeing specific information when buying the treadmill
When we communicated with the customer in the fourth email, the customer never replied to us later

I contacted Bestselling & Sears. I didn't get a response from them. Sears tried reaching out to them without any response or resolution. I wasn't asking for anything free. I would've paid the difference for one that I could've bought at Sears & returned the one I have to Sears!
