Mr. [redacted] spoke with one of my employees last Wednesday December 14, 2016 stating his frustration in regards to his roof. He said we have never come back out to do his roof and that is why he filed another complaint with the Revdex.com. After going back and forth with my office staff, Mr. [redacted] and his tenant come to find out there was a porch roof that was not done when the original roof was done and that is what our roofer had come back out and done between the dates of December 1, 2016 - December 6, 2016. Unfortunately there was miscommunication as what needed finished as Mr. [redacted] has another small section I believe on the side of the house that he wanted done not the porch roof as we just did. As soon as we have a roofing crew available we will be sending the crew out to finish up the other part of the roof. I appreciate your help in this matter. If Mr. [redacted] needs any further assistance he could call me at the office. Thank you again. Mr. [redacted].

Any issue that was with the shower door and the coating peeling was a manufacture defect and not the responsibility of the installer to correct. This...
information should have been relayed the 1st time [redacted] contacted us about the issue but as he states in his comments, he was speaking with a former employee of ours, [redacted] who is in fact recently deceased. That is not the type of comment we would make lightly about any person especially about someone so young and who worked with us on a daily basis.
As for the numerous phone calls made to the office, it is unfortunate there is no additional attempt to contact us through obvious other means such as our request form on the website, or through the homeowners e-mail.
Since this complaint has been filed by Mr. ** the shower door has been replaced with a new shower door at no cost to the homeowner, we utilized the manufacture warranty. We are always more than happy to help our customers if they need assistance with manufacture warranties and product information they have installed in their home via our company.
