The damage referenced in this complaint was there prior to us working on the vehicleThe dent on the vehicle was caused by the bumper being pushed up into the hood We recommended Ms*** contact her insurances as there may be additional damagesMost likely damage is cause by pushing into the
back of another vehicle or a vehicle backing up into Ms***'s vehicle while it was parked

When Mr *** talked to Mr *** on 3/it was explained that once he started the dispute process with the credit bureau it would take about days for the bureaus to update the credit and we would counter any disputesMost likely the dispute will come off during the July update as that

Regards, On may 31st I was told to come pick up my car, the *** and leave the Nissan Rogue S and to take my business else where They lied when they told me my vehicle had already been sold but I found it on the lot an took pictures of it as well as the Nissan Pathfinder SV
I do not accept this because they have written me up as having an Nissan Rogue SL on my contract when they knew they had switched to car to a Nissan Rouge S I never even test drove it because I was so overwhelmed after it was switched also it had gotten dark outside and because I did not come to buy a car many of my possessions were left in my car the *** ** which my credit union advised me a year ago to keep my car for a few more years The mger of credit is *** *** *** *** *** I had planned to finance my car through my credit union The salesman Deven was throwing things out of my car into the new one while a young lady kept my attention I kept trying to see what he was doing but I was too tired It was very dark now. attention by showing me how to operate the car This is not an acceptable situation My vehas switched and also I do no t want the extended warranty The pathfinder I found was would have come out to nearly the same price as the Nissan Rogue S Also, I have a copy of that Nissan Pathfinder sticker However, they did not want to work with me on that Nissan PathfinderI wrote down all the information on this NissanI WILL GLADLY ACCEPT the Magnetic Black Metallica Nissan for the price it came to with all the incentives I have no intentions of letting t Nissan get away with this kind of fraud I had not come to buy a car, I came for the prize that I never received I am not emotionally well enough to buy such a large item without my family's as stance *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** he needs you to call him Also my lawyer is going to contact you for my emotional distress and my family, husband, and other families can tell you how many times I have been taken advantage of. *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** ***

I went into the dealership because ive been told by Armando they will keep tryingThey've already hit our credit as a hard hit so I'm not going to keep having it hit if Armando is going to try to make it rightHowever after speaking with Dario in finance my income wasn't even reported right when you clearly have the bank statementsHe submitted it with*** a month incomeSo I'm not real sure where all the breakdown comes from within this company.?

When a customer fills out the online app they put some basic information and based on income that is submitted we are told what the customer can be approved for up to a certain amountAt that time the customer is directed to come in with all necessary documents to purchase and get final approval
Once they arrive we have to verify income, credit and get the banks final approvalAt that time it is up to the banks to decide if the customer is approvedWe have many different banks with many different programs and are able to help many of our customers with challenging situations get into a vehicleHowever, it is always up to the bank to make the final approvalIn addition our General Sales Manager ***? We have spoken with Ms Bloise and communicated with her that the bank is requesting things* ** *** * *** ** ** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** Due to several repos on the credit and the current vehicle that is currently showing past due, the bank is requesting that the past due vehicle be paid off and are requesting a payoff letter showing paid in full and that the credit to reflect the debt has been paid and satisfied.? Ms Bloise is already working on getting this vehicle to be paid off by the manufacture through the lemon law actWe always strive to make our customers happy and we are looking for a vehicle that will meet the needs of MsBloise and the requirements of the bank.?

Per the conversation with Mr *** he was told that there would be no cost to take the wheel locks off and be replaced with standard lug nutsOur preowned vehicles do not typically come with wheel locks on them unless they were there from the previous owner? The only cost that would be
involved would be if Mr*** wanted a new set of wheel locks put on the vehicleIn that case I offered the wheel locks at cost for the inconvenience for $There is no way to just purchase a key for the locks so unfortunately this is not an option.? Mr *** is welcome to come in at his convenience to have the locks taken off and replaced with standard lugs at no cost.? ? Warm Regards,? ?
