I just wanna know if I'm getting my order or a refund.
I ordered on March 15, which was 17 days ago, I've been seeing these reviews of people not receiving their lashes and I paid for them, there was a sale and I paid $13, it's not a lot but I could have spent it somewhere else but I chose to support this shop without knowing the risks and it's affecting me bad. I contacted the person through email twice , just wondering about the status of my order and my shipping number but I haven't got any response , my order #1095 has been marked as paid but unfulfilled which is very disappointing to me.

Desired Outcome

I am just seeking for the lashes to get sent or a refund.

There have been delays with shipment due to Covid 19. I have sent out emails trying to keep every customer updated with their order. Not every customer was affected by this but this customer was. All orders were to be shipped out this week as stated in my update email and I have now sent out the tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with USPS

Company advertises big sales on social media for their products, takes money from their following, and never sends out the product in promised time.
I ordered lashes from this company on the 18th of February and still have not received my products. Their website and Instagram page says the product should be shipped out to the consumer within 2-3 business days and I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed the company and direct messaged their social media accounts on multiple occasions and never heard from them. Their comments are disabled on their pictures so I cannot even comment to get attention. So, I tagged them in a post almost a week ago telling my followers not to buy from their shop and received a response from the company within minutes asking what sale I used for my order and when I answered back, NOTHING. I do not even want the lashes anymore, I just want my money back at this point. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT A VERY TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!!

I just want my money back, nothing else.

Due to shipping complications this order was somehow left out of the mix. I am now getting to this email so I have already shipped these items out. I have been emailing customers providing updates regarding their packages and telling them to email me back if they had any questions. Please follow up with me if you don't want to receive these lashes so I can stop the shipment and.

If it was lost or misplaced by other orders, that would make sense but I contacted you on several occasions and received nothing till now, I just want my money back please and thank you.

Through the USPS website the tracking does say delivered. If you would like a refund please send the lashes back and you will be issued a refund. You will not have to pay for shipping. It will be paid for on my end. Please respond back ASAP so we can move forward with the next step.

I've ordered lashes and never received it.
I've ordered 1 set of lashes that cost $18.90 plus $6.75 shipping for a total of $25.65 which was processed on February 18, 2019. My order number is #*** . I've never received my product or a refund.

I ordered a 23 dollar pair of lashes From her in June and never received them. I messaged Her and asked her for a refund and my messages get ignored when she has a policy that clearly states that she will only give a refund if it was their fault which it clearly was.

I ordered my hair sept 30 it's now nov 2.. never received the hair and as I contact the party I get ignored, I would like a full refund !

I ORDERED SOME LASHES FROM THEM FEBRUARY 03, 2019 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER IT IS NOW MARCH 27TH.
I ORDERED LASHED FROM HER 02/03/2019 AND IT IS NOW OVER A MONTH AND SHE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. ORDER *** AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS SHE FINALLY EMAILED ME BACK AND PLACED THE BLAME ON USPS LOSING MY PACKAGE AND PROMISED TO SEND OUT A NEW PACKAGE ALONG WITH A FREE GIFT AND WOULD EMAIL ME A CONFIRMATION# THIS WAS ON MARCH 7TH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM HER, NOT MY PACKAGE OR A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL INQUIRING AGAIN WHERE IT WAS, I HAVE SINCE THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE.

I have already received the same response stating it would be resent in 3-5 days along with free gift and again it has been a month later and still nothing! The tracking number says its still processing in maryland!!!

Your order will be received by next week and your refund has already been sent and processed. Some of our orders were lost through USPS and we had to reship every order. But you will receive it next week
