I ORDERED SOME LASHES FROM THEM FEBRUARY 03, 2019 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER IT IS NOW MARCH 27TH.
I ORDERED LASHED FROM HER 02/03/2019 AND IT IS NOW OVER A MONTH AND SHE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. ORDER *** AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS SHE FINALLY EMAILED ME BACK AND PLACED THE BLAME ON USPS LOSING MY PACKAGE AND PROMISED TO SEND OUT A NEW PACKAGE ALONG WITH A FREE GIFT AND WOULD EMAIL ME A CONFIRMATION# THIS WAS ON MARCH 7TH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM HER, NOT MY PACKAGE OR A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL INQUIRING AGAIN WHERE IT WAS, I HAVE SINCE THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE.

Desired Outcome

looking at the other similar complaints this company needs to stop doing business. i would like my refund ASAP

I have already received the same response stating it would be resent in 3-5 days along with free gift and again it has been a month later and still nothing! The tracking number says its still processing in maryland!!!

Your order will be received by next week and your refund has already been sent and processed. Some of our orders were lost through USPS and we had to reship every order. But you will receive it next week

I have ordered 2 pairs of lashes from this company and I want a refund but they refuse to refund.
I have ordered two pairs of lashes from this company for the price of $29.00 on August 26th of 2018 and I have not received my order. I ordered the lashes on the Instagram app from the URL that the seller posted and even got a confirmation number meaning that they did in fact take the money out of my account. By August 28th, I realized that I did not receive a tracking number for my order, so I sent the company a Direct Message from the Instagram app and they replied to me saying that the tracking number would be sent to me when the order gets shipped. A week and a half later I still have not received my tracking number via Email so I sent another Direct message through the Instagram App and this time she didn't reply. A few days passed and I still did not receive a reply so I had to comment on a picture in order to get her attention and once she seen the comment, she deleted the comment from the picture and then she replied to me as I was asking for a refund, this is on September 14th of 2018. She told me that she was sending my package as we were speaking and so I waited for my tracking number once again. I never received a tracking number so I messaged her again on October 7th stating that I had nor received a tracking number again and she replied that day asking if I had emailed "support" so I replied that I haven't emailed support because I was messaging her the whole time and she never mentioned anything about support. So I emailed the support on October 7th and I have not received an email back to this day. On October 15th I emailed her again stating that I had emailed support twice in one week and I still have not had an answer and she did not reply to my message so I commented on a photo of hers on the Instagram app and she seen it and replied to me in the Direct messages. She told me that she replied to all emails and that maybe I should check my spam folder. So I checked all of my spam emails and all of the places the email could be and I did not get an email. I messaged her that the only email I got was the confirmation number and she did not reply to that message so I replied under one of her pictures on Instagram again trying to get her attention and under the same picture, there were 2 other girls trying to get a refund from her as well. To my knowledge, she has not sent other orders to other buyers other than me. Today is October 26th and I ordered 2 pairs of lashes for $29.00 via *** Debit to the Badgalluxe.com website and I have not received my order or refund to this day, and I would only like my refund back, I am no longer interested in the lashes anymore.

Desired Outcome

I am only interested in my money back ($29.00) now that I am informed that this website is not serious in business. I am no longer interested in the Eye Lashes that I purchased anymore.

Though the customer did not want the lashes they have been sent the tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with USPS. And the customer will be compensated according to our terms of service.

On April 15, 2018 I placed an order with Bad Gal Luxe on the website and received an order confirmation for my products. Since then I have emailed the owner with questions about my product on June 10th to which the owner responded with 'Thank you for proving your information and we want to apologize for the long wait for your order. We have a large amount of items lost during shipment by our delivery provider USPS. Due to this all the items that were lost have to be re shipped setting our company behind. On April 15, 2018 I placed an order with Bad Gal Luxe on the website and received an order confirmation for my products.
