If you have another option take it. This company is horrible. Some of the employees are kind. But most of them are disrespectful. And unwilling to help you.

BHFC Financial has tried to

accommodate many late and partial payments from Ms. [redacted].  More recently, Ms. [redacted] promised to pay

$409.18 by 3-16-2015, but instead paid only $300 on 3-30-2015.  She promised to pay $389.69 by 4-18-2015, but

did not.  On 4-30-2015, Ms. [redacted]...

was

emailed that she is 34 days past due. 

She promised to pay $389.69 by  5-3-2015,

but instead paid only $300 on 5-5-2015. 

She promised to make another payment by 5-18-2015, but no payment was

ever made.  Between 5-19-2015 and 5-29-2015,

four emails, one text, and four phone calls were made in an effort to contact

Ms. [redacted], with no response from her.

The customer’s statement that the contract was for 39 months is incorrect.  The contract shows 42 payments starting 3-9-2012.  So far, 37 payments have been made.  On both 5-30-2013 and 6-30-2014 the customer requested a deferment of payment, meaning that these two payments are put...

onto the end of the loan, plus accrued interest.

8-29-2015 is the date of your last contractual payment.  At that time, the full remaining loan balance is due and payable.  If you desire, and at our discretion, we can extend this.  Under the General Terms of the original contract that you signed, it states: “The Total Sale Price shown in the Truth-In-Lending Disclosure assumes that all payments will be made as scheduled.  The actual amount you will pay will be more if you pay late and less if you pay early.”

[redacted] proof of income did not match her stated income.  She did not meet BHFC's lending criteria.

Did you receive the documents we both faxed and mailed to the Revdex.com on 9/23/14 to dispute her claims?  We would be happy to send them again if necessary.  We stand by those documents, nothing has changed.

We have provided additional training to the employee with whom the customer spoke, for the purpose of providing better customer service.

The dispute was regarding the nature of the contract and lending by the company which was in a preditory nature. With a continued unauthorized auto debit from my account although my verbal authorization was intructing a cease of all auto payments because of the amount already payed. I am aware of a vehicle being a depreteating asset but for them to attempt to collect a full balance and all intrest is obsered and a clear act of preditory lending. By refusing to tettle the amonut as the value of the vehicle for payoff. Not adding all interest possible. The contract never states that all interest will become due at payoff nore is there an early payoff fee. So why does the balance increase even as payments are made on the account. To sum it up I am willing to settle free and clear with this company at the appraised value of the vehicle witch is $2000

This is a total lie I have given them my new number of 714-718-5722 and my new email of [redacted], I explained to [redacted] and [redacted] that I was no longer working and could not afford the 389 she told me that the $300 payment would be fine I thanked her and told her how very much I really do appreciate her helping me...I made a payment on the 5th of may then two weeks later my car was being taken away..we made an agreement over the phone. I never received a text from them or an email.. I want to see the proof of the email and also the text and phone calls.. I always called then back or made arrangements with them I would have never ever gotten my vehicle taken when all I had to do was pick up the phone. I just the way this company do business is out of hand I wouldn't wish what they have done to me on my worse enemy. When they took my car I couldn't get to work me and my kids were already having a difficult time and what they did was not right. They say one thing and do another. You call them then you call back and there is no notes stating what you call about. I don't understand how you can run a business with out taking the proper notes.

BHFC Financial shows a payment history of $350.37 posted on 5-2-15, $350.00 posted on 6-19-15, and $350.37 posted on 7-9-15.   One payment was posted per month, so Ms. [redacted] has done a great job making payments.

The customer’s current balance on 10-13-2016 of $5,260.07 is accurate. Please see attached copy of an amortization schedule.

The whole reason I gave the car back was because of the balance and the fact they couldn't break down the $4500 and tell me what portion was fees, interest and actual balance owed. They then lowered the price to $2500 saying it was the amount believed they could get at an auction. I was never given a break down and my counter offer was refused. I feel they were just pulling numbers out of a hat because I was specifically told by  manager, Bob Lee, he couldn't tell me how they got the figures that the computer just figures it out. As for the condition the car was in that I mentioned in an email, was normal ware and tare of the vehicle. I had the car since 2010 and it was always in good working condition. The car just had recently started not wanting to start and that's why I had fallen behind trying to fix the problem no one could see to pinpoint I maintained all oil changes and minor repairs as needed. The paint had faded and developed spots over the years as well, not to mention the tires were custom rims I had put on the car and it was just time to get new ones due to miles. Again I was trying to stress at the time the fact that I had reasons for falling behind and I didn't feel that $4500 or $2500 was a fair deal especially since I had paid 44 out of 48 payments already. They seem to have forgotten to mention or take in consideration that my car was torn upside down and things were stolen and also broken while in their possession, as well as my car being  wrecked and severely damaged while in their possession. The bumper on the right side was ripped up from the far right all the way to the middle of the bumper and I was never told by anyone at BHFC Financial. I didn't find out till after going and seeing the car for myself.  They sold the car at auction and received more than the $1300 I should have really owed so we should be even, I'm out a car and they still got paid.

The dealership is also responsible for acquiring the registration for its customers. Ms. [redacted] should address both of these issues to the dealership.

As a courtesy

to Ms. [redacted], BHFC paid the impound

fees and had the vehicle

released.  Ms. [redacted] informed BHFC that she didn't

have the money to

reimburse the impound fees that BHFC paid and

she did not want the vehicle.

I have had an account with BHFC Financial for over 2 years now. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had really bad credit due to a divorce. Knowing the bad credit scenario I just assume that any company I work with will have a NO TOLERANCE policy. You know no late payments, customer service people who are not wiling to work with me because I am a high risk credit customer. THAT is soooooo not the case with this company. As long as I stay in communication with me they are always willing to work with me. I really thank BHFC for helping me to improve my credit and being an awesome company! You guys rock!

Ms. [redacted] stated that she “was no longer working” and then stated “when they took my car I couldn’t get to work.”  Her statements are not consistent.  In regards to her loan payment history, we stand behind our first response.

I needed help with setting up automatic withdrawals out of my bank account to make my car payments. The person who answered the phone was nice and knew how to set it up in just a few minutes. I couldn't remember my account number and he found it by typing in my phone number. The whole thing was much easier than I thought.

BHFC Financial is one of he worst places to get a loan from, EVER! They never want to resolve any issues any time I have called. The only time they actually do want to talk is when they need a payment. This is a terrible company and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! I would highly suggest the Revdex.com to review this place and get them out of the business.

BHFC had to hire another company to fix the problem, BHFC feels [redacted] is not entitled to payment due to [redacted]'s failure to achieve the results promised.
