I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

The wide fluctuation in Ms. [redacted] loan balance was due to insurance charges being removed.  We agree with the loan amount she stated on 7-14-2015.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.What is the last payment date. In response to the complain t open ed on September 1 2, 2014, by [redacted], I thorou ghl y researched  her account. Fo llow ing is a summary:

 

[redacted] was in default of her contract (copy enclosed) w I th BHFC.   Events of default:  

1 )   failed...

to provide proof of fu ll coverage insurance;

2)   failed to maintain the Vehicl e in good cond ition and repa ir;

 

3)   and was habitual ly late making her payments, see attached  payment history. She was over 2 months late at the time her vehi cle was repossessed.

 

In an email sent on 8-18-14, from [redacted], she adm itted: "The car needs a lot of work and that's why I had stopped making payments to try and get it fixed.  Right now it doesn'teven start and I was trying get it to a mechan ic, its eit her the starter or a l ternator. Also, the car needs new tires, the driver side window doesn't roll down and th ere is sun spots andchopped  paint basica lly all over. The a/c runs hot and 1 was told is the compressor".

 

BHFC sold the veh icle at auction and I 've encl osed a deficiency and demand letter that reflects the amount owed as of today's date, whi ch is $1 ,5 1 0.86.  If th e deficiency  is notpaid in full, or suitable arrangements  made for payment of the deficiency over time, within 10 days of the date of this letter, BHFC wil l  have no choice b ut to consi der its l ega loptions.

Mr. [redacted]s has a balance of $5,260.07.

that response was very generic and unapologetic. It's basically telling me that since the employees don't know how to do their jobs it's ok for them to harass me and be rude. Also the website was down for over 3 days and I was told in email by Paola that you didn't know when it would be back up. Also taking a payment without telling someone the amount due or that  there is a fee or asking how much they want to pay isn't right. If you look at my payment history I always pay more to get it done

on 10/23/14 @ 1:02pm I called asking regarding my account wanting information on it, wanting to see what I needed to do to settle or what had happen I wasnt aware of anything an this young girl transfers me 2 a lady who claims to be the manager starts (call is recorded) yelling all ghetto at me abusing me saying I took the car to [redacted] sayin "im gona pay an "no no no im taking this personal"!!! all kinds of nasty things I asked if she was the manager she said "yuuup" I told her I wanted to speak to someone else an she kept wanting to hang up I was talking calmley wanting to know on status or what happen I mean I still dont knw because she hung up an was soo rude shes the manager I wonder how bad she treats others I felt threaten an so bad I jus cant believe this please avoid this happening to others

I did send the attached files to  [redacted] at BHFC.. my objection is that he falsified and misrepresented himself and the requirements he needed from me. He stated he was going to approve my loan based on my lifelong friendship with [redacted] and was going to put my application thru without proof of income, with just my letter stating how much I make in an average month, which I told him several times wouldnt be reflective in my bank deposits.  if I had not been deceived and lied to by [redacted] I would never have entered into a contract to get an auto using them for financing. I gave my deposit to the dealership trusting that what [redacted] told me to be correct, honest and accurate. I lost a weeks worth of wages as well as the dealership charging me a $495 "restocking" fee. I have a current bank statement showing what my wages were the past month to verify the $1100+ I make this time of year since its the busy season. I believe im entitled to be reinbursed for my lost wages dealing with this since it was caused by lies, deception, and untruths. [redacted] also has on numerous occasions slandered me to the dealership. Once while on speaker phone with myself and several other people present. His actions have been neither professional nor ethical.

Enclosed is a copy of the customer's payment history.  Please note that it shows her address and current occupation.

The customer service is poor. I constantly get placed on hold without warning and sent to different reps that are very rude. They don't always listen to my concern or issue. Had a problem with a payment being deducted out of my account on the wrong day but and email showing the correct day and they didn't seem to care about my issue and acted like it was my fault. I will never get a car loan through this company again due to the poor customer service
