because:

The entire resolution was left for me to resolve. Customer service during this whole thing was non-existant. All I kept getting was I dont know. It was [redacted] that canceled the order with Bic, not me.  [redacted] had me go with another vendor. There is no resolution to this complaint. I have moved on, and in fact bought more of the same product from the other vendor that [redacted] recommended

Review: I placed an order from BIC Supply LLC which failed to ship on time according to their own shipping policies:

"Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline BIC Warehouse ships all items within two days of receiving order You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. "

My order shipped 6 days after they received the order and I never received any notification of any delay. Unfortunately, this was a time critical order and I expected BIC Supply to adhere to their own shipping policies which they failed to do.

As a result, I received this order past it's useful deadline and BIC Supply has failed to make arrangements for the return of this order. They also state a return is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Brittany K from BIC Supply customer states that my order was shipped on time which clearly isn't the case and her inept handing of this order has yielded this Revdex.com complaint.Desired Settlement: A complete refund for this improperly handled order.

A partial refund for failing to ship the item within 2 days and stated in their shipping policy is not acceptable. Seller shipped item 6 days after order was placed and failed to notify me of the shipping delay. The seller needs to take responsibility for their errors which they have not.

Review: I ordered an item that was advertised to have free shipping, after I had ordered it I had noticed they added a $5.84 shipping charge and the item only cost $5.08 so they charged me more for shipping then the item costs and shipping was supposed to be free. They claim it was because I used a P.O. Box BUT I gave them a physical address along with my P.O. box address so they VERY easily could have sent it to the address that qualified for the free shipping AND I was never notified that by using a P.O. box I would not qualify AND even worse I ordered it on the [redacted] and it still isn't here, the time frame for the order was fine for FREE shipping but NOT for paid shipping, this is WAY too long for shipping I paid for and had I been notified at checkout I would never have placed this order but they didn't say anything until it shipped and I want my shipping refunded immediately.Desired Settlement: I demand my shipping fee of $5.84 that they stole from me be refunded to me immediately

They aren't being honest which is what I have experienced and have come to expect from this company, they claim they refunded my shipping BUT only refunded half of it, they refunded me $2.92 out of $5.84, that is only half, so they still owe me $2.92. Had they been honest here and said that they only refunded half I may have let it go but the dishonesty of this company is beyond belief. That claim about refunding my shipping was only half true and the claim about wanting their customers to be happy is a total lie, if that was true they would have just refunded my shipping the first time I asked because they advertise free shipping on the product and do not mention exceptions at all, but instead they decided to fight, frustrate me, lie, and deceive. The dishonesty and the way this company has fought me and the frustration they caused me on this issue is a bigger reason then the money on why I took this to the Revdex.com.

They refunded half of the shipping that I wasn't supposed to have to pay for because it was supposed to be free. I only accept this because of actions [redacted] took to help me, not because of anything this business did, they were nothing but frustrating and did everything they could to find excuses to not refund my shipping and finally only refunded half, worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

They then informed me they didn't even have the item in stock. I got on the internet to order from this company. It was on [redacted]. I selected this company to purchase an item because they are in the USA. Their website said that the item I wanted was not available. Then it would not take my credit card for other items. Later I received the item that had been said to be unavailable. When I called the person on the phone was very rude. She almost was yelling at me. I asked for a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor. I am very said that a US company has this reputation. I notice many other complaints on the internet.

Review: Very unprofessional and illegal practices. Purchased something on the [redacted] website with Bic Supply as the supplier. I immediately emailed them as an error was made in ordering (within minutes). They refused to cancel and told me I would need to return it once I received. Once I received, I asked how to return it and they told me I would need to pay to send it back and they would 'consider' a refund. I can provide emails dated and timed the day I ordered and made a request to Bic Supply to return funds due to an error in order. I have emailed them several times since for a resolution, however they refuse to do anything.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and can send product back at their cost...I contacted them prior to them sending any product from their warehouse so should not bear the cost of delivery.

Review: I returned an item purchased from BIC LLC (through [redacted]) on January **, 2015. I followed up with the company several times to determine when the refund would be credited to my account with no response to my actual question. I finally emailed customer service again on March [redacted] asking about my refund, and was simply told "the refunds process can take up to a month", despite the fact that [redacted] indicated my package was delivered on February [redacted]. Now, on March [redacted], my account still has not been credited with my refund from BIC LLC.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded for the entire purchase price I paid ($26.24). Per one of my emails from BIC customer service, I see company policy is to assess a restocking fee of 15% for returns older than 30 days which I should be exempt from considering I returned this item five days after I received it.

Review: I purchased some items through [redacted]'s website on 3/**/15 for my nephew. The retailer was Bic Warehouse. So, they were suppose to be shipping the items to me. The items were shipped on 3/**/15. But the tracking number never updated since 3/**/15. I went on the [redacted]'s site on 3/**/15 and got Bic Warehouse's contact information. I called their number of ###-###-####. I could barely hear the lady talk and she didn't give me a name. She told me to give them 2 more days and that she was going to contact the postal service to find out where the package is. Then hung up. No, goodbye or have a nice day. She just hung up. On 4/*/15 I called the same number and a lady answered, but again I had a hard time hearing her. She asked me to give them 2 more days. I tried to explain to her that I already gave the last lady 2 days and that I would like to have this issue solved. She told me she understood, said ok and hung up. Then I found a toll free number to call (###-###-####). She said she sent an email to the postal service and to give 2 more days. I contacted [redacted] on 4/*/15 by email about this problem and I haven't heard back. I also contacted the post office in [redacted], ** on the [redacted]. She told me to file a claim on the [redacted] site. But it wouldn't allow me to do so because there is no insurance on the package.Desired Settlement: This situation shouldn't be happening. I should of had my items by now and I'm tired of running in circles. I just want my money refunded back onto the card I used to make the purchase.
